I quite liked Kims cheesy idea, a way for the square to say their 'goodbye' unofficially. Fantastic episode, a bit cliched with the sun rising but on the whole really well done. Billy was fab, he deserves awards for his performance. A bit confused with the insertion of the Nish into the story, WHY?? And why is Vinny now in a suit following his dad around?! What a waste of licence fee money he is.

The pub scenes were a bit cringe

I thought this as well, it must be quite hard tho discussing these memories with someone who’s not dying and doesn’t actually exist

I never cry at tv shows. But Wednesday episode had me in bits. I was a wreck by the time Julia’s theme starting playing.

First time poster, that episode had me in floods of tears, as mid 40 year old with a mother with terminal cancer, i could only think of my mother's grandchildren who are similar of age to Lexi ... I thought Jay, Lola, Lexi, Honey and Phil have really shone in the latest episodes, fair play to them ... it was a tough watch and the fox completely done me over!!!

Aw I liked that scene though because for a few minutes, it let Jay and Lola have something else to focus on rather than everyone being morbid about the state she was in. It was nice to see them have a bit of a smile

Sonia needs to eff off. Iconic characters come naturally through time with good acting and good storylines. They are ruining poignant scenes by shoe horning her duff so called acting in at every opp.

Why was Sonia in the last scene of yesterday’s episode? Why? Does she know where the bodies are buried and that’s why they have tried to shoehorn her now pointless character into every major storyline over the last 6 months?!

Terribly sad scenes and the actors playing Lola,Jay, Billy, Honey, Denise and Kim did an amazing job. Hope EE reap all the awards next year for this storyline alone.

Don't know how I feel about the new family. I really like George and he seems pretty sound, was worried theyd go the gangsta route when he said about beating within an inch of his life but interesting he's a boxer - I do wish theyd stop snogging though. Seeing him in front of Nish was so funny and I reckon thats the first time Nish seems properly intimidated by a guy.

The girls I am hoping they'll settle in a bit as new characters tend to have a little adjustment period and be a bit annoying for a bit so I'm sure they will be a bit more normal. I don't know if I can forgive Gina for calling Kathy a dog though. Weird to see them in tiny holiday outfits while it looks so damp and horrible outside! I don't know why Linda didn't explain what had just happened and why people aren't going to be happy that day. And surely her shouting at everyone isn't great for Ollie either.

I think when Jay went to the bathroom and was talking to her he maybe already knew deep down she had gone because he said to her when talking about her becoming a fox that she'll always be there and he'll know what she's going to say so maybe a part of him had subconsciously felt she was away

Watched Tues and Weds back to back yesterday afternoon (and then weds again in the evening) - I literally could not stop crying, which was not great as I had a work call 5 mins later

For me it was the final scene with Lexi and the fox.

Its not all of the time mainly during mating season, their cubs were ever so cute one Sunday evening I saw them climbing up on neighbours cars up on to the roof and then sliding down the windscreens while their Mum and Dad looked on.

Sonia and Reiss give me the rage

They're the most dislikeable people on the square (despite the fact we have several murderers, philanderers, blackmailers and criminals roaming around)

I think they must have brought Reiss in as a new storyline for Sonia but they don't seem to know what direction to take either of them, Sonia being so sanctimonious with her bible readings to Lola and at the same time shagging a bloke who's wife is in a coma. Has the woman who plays Sonia ever done anything apart from EE ? Maybe she needs to find another role as they may give her the boot.
