It’s a good job none of us have typed out his business name here. Wouldn’t want some poor unsuspecting soul googling ‘Lancashire Plumbing Services’, or even Lancashire-plumbing-services and ending up. That would make them realise that ‘Lancashire Plumbing Services’ is related to the scam artist that is Saint Jimmy of Depher fame.

It’s perfectly reasonable that they’d do that, if they were in Lancashire and required ‘Lancashire Plumbing Services’, or a plumber plumbing emergencyplumber, plumber and plumbing.

I'd always ask to see a tradesmens qualifications. Has james got an nvq level 3 in plumbing? Unusual for a gas engineer. Can I see his water regulations city and guilds too.

That's a drainage rod with a rubber disk on the end, you unblock toilets with it. Looks very clean for a blocked toilet.
