James Anderson left it with the other listed director, John Wiseman Brown. With the help of somebody else, they then started distancing themselves from DEPHER with the rebrand, sorting the bank account out etc. But they have not been very transparent and it is not clear what is going on now or where the money is being spent. I'm surprised they're actively operating?

Depher is still listed as active at that address. They wrote to companies house to say they don't know who owns it. But it is still active.

I think they set up a new CIC to transfer the funds but looks like they didn't shut down DEPHER. I wonder if they are having to hold fire whilst it's being investigated...?

So he’s going to be more ecological minded and also wants us to actively pray and wish for a warm winter…. So after his art career predictably didn't take off and ebegging wasn't enough, he's now set up a new company. Presumably just wet plumbing seeing as he's been removed from the register.

The bank would have removed him from the account when he ceased to be a director.
It is a business account. Any refunds or compensation would go to the company, not a former director.

I find the way he confidently spews complete fabrications with zero shame or morality to be incredibly disturbing. I do not understand why people can't see him for what he is, a fraud, a conman, a liar and a danger to vulnerable people.
