I've personally gone back to WW it gives me portion control, encourages more nutrient dense foods and not obsessively tracking the weight of my apple etc its whatever works for you.
I remembered a DW gem this morning. He once said to us that we are setting our kids up for failure by feeding them porridge in the morning as the carbs make them tired. He's clearly not met my kids, like coiled springs after a bowl of oats! But I remember it making me feel like such a bad parent. He doesn't realise the consequences of his words
