Im not sure but telling people they dont care about their health if they dont pay for 8020 could be construed as shaming.

What I am sure about is that Nessa is fat and if "on plan" its ineffective shes also only a size 16 in neck size.

I'm also sure wheeler has not lost 8 Stone and kept it off. Im positively certain he is not a "beast". He puts himself out there as a guru then when challenged if doesnt immediately block its "ive been bankrupt, bipolar etc snd this is what you ask" or scroll on. Noone popped into his garden or bedroom to attack him he put himself online as an expert.

Like if I said water is dry. You say I thought it was wet and my response is do you know Ive got addiction issues why are you being like this.

The fat teaching fat I get torn and flip between frequently be interested in thoughts.

Like Kaz annoys me "teaching" but not necessarily her body weight. Do you have to have done something to advise on it? Do you have to look s certain way? Personally I dont think wheeler is fat but that's not my particular beef with him. You still need to have studied more than google thats for sure.

But like, Alex Ferguson was a terrible footballer himself. Does a psychologist need to have been depressed to treat yours? If a psychologist has been depressed or is, does that make them incompetent? They're rhetoricals/thinking points not genuine questions.

The real loss boss is still overweight despite being a quarter of the size. I can never settle my dissonance with this one.

I think it depends on the blend of skills/experience together. A coach who has personal experience of being overweight, of losing and keeping off the weight is an amazing resource...but only if they have the knowledge and training to back it up. A coach with a raft of qualifications is the gold standard...but not if they can't empathise with how hard it is to make a huge lifestyle change.

A fat coach whose only knowledge base is when they lost weight that one time and can't empathise with others? They can duck off.

Not by Dan, by what I presume are the only qualified people involved (but never saw proof). I saw two women doing a step class and...I think weights? I never did them though, they weren't best quality (I have gym membership with classes, and Beachbody streaming subscription, much better. As are free classes on Youtube). I assume they're exclusive, but there's no way of telling if the instructor is streaming them on more than one platform or recording them to use later. Was never asked for feedback, and who knows if they're insured but there is a disclaimer.

when I was in the academy they were run by members of 8020. Karina or Katrina or something was one of them.

Think they were just called whatever they decided to name the live, I don’t think there was an official name

they were exclusive to the 8020 academy, as far as I know

no idea if they are insured, it was just her going live in her garage with some dodgy flashing lights, they weren’t in person
