She acts like a teenager rather than a middle aged woman with a whole career behind her. The arrogance and lack of respect for literally any one or any organisation is unbelievable. Banks have rules / send letters with instructions on how to keep your account open etc? RHS has rules and protocols for exhibitors? Experienced horticulturalists advising how to lift/ store your dahlias over winter?

Just completely ignore all of that and when everything goes tits up just do a few reels lip syncing like a lunatic, con suspecting instahuns into giving up their time for free, to save your floral sorry arse.

This. And the fact that she said that her breaching RHS security rules showed how flawed they were in the first place 🙄 like she’s done them a favour??
 
Her latest post is infuriating. Why does she and her followers think this is all such an overreaction on the RHS’ part? Before the shows happen, the teams all spend days doing security drills and planning for scenarios like terror attacks. They’re huge events and security has to be taken very seriously.

I love that some of her followers are like “oh yeah it’s all old out of touch folk making these decisions who aren’t on social media and can’t see how great you are”. No, its people who are very much on social media and can see how unreliable and unhinged Andie is and keep an eye on her posts. The RHS is very well aware of her behaviour and don’t care about her social media echo chamber.
 
I'm confused as to how she won an award if she's poorly thought of within RHS?
She is manic and annoying. She's definitely got some other wealth as I can't understand her business doing so well otherwise.

The award she got was the Director General's Award which is just Sue Biggs going round looking at exhibits ask going 'oh I like that one!'. No-one else at the RHS makes the decision

I wonder if she isn’t putting her foot in it further with being so moody about it on socials? Like, if she had taken it graciously and just put a blanket statement out that said what she did and then didn’t give people the option to start throwing words around like ‘boycott’ and ‘snobs’ etc, then the RHS may have been inclined to let her back. Maybe that’s why Malvern have done what they have. By making another video and having her cult in uproar she may be alienating herself further from future shows and from making connections, word spreads on what people are like to work with, I would imagine that the RHS would want to distance themselves.

It’s all very well her making her own annual flower show (watch this space, I can feel a lip-synced reel coming on) but it’s not going to further her business if she’s the one running it.

Can she ever have a meeting or an event where she doesn’t have a dig at the person hosting it? If I was the person she had the meeting with that asked her that throwaway question, only to see her Instagram post where she turned it into another ‘inspirational’ post, where her followers then called me out for sexism and got riled up, I’d be pretty put off from dealing with her again.
Same thing with how she’s been with the Chelsea issue, she’s just so self centred!
 
She’s also totally contradicted herself. “I have no qualifications or experience” then 2 lines later “I want to earn an income worthy of my skills and capabilities” 🤦🏼‍♀️ you literally just said you have none! (At least none relevant to what you want to earn money from!)
 
Minimum wage for ten years 🤣 give me a break! They clearly have money, and she clearly comes from money too with her sugary affected private school accent. Her account is almost cult like, which is deliberate and very clever on her part. Something a bit MLM about it which is probably the direction she’s planning to go in.
There isn’t an ounce of self awareness or humility in her. An absolute nightmare to work with/for, I’m sure.
