Tina O’Brien has been brilliant tonight! 👏🥺
100% agree , I've never been in that situation thankfully but I bet a lot of parents who have could totally relate and you never know unless it happens but I could imagine being the same not wanting to go home and go through with it. Absolutely heartbreaking , probably the most realistic I've seen on a soap imo. Although not sure what to make of the sonographer/midwife? And what her role was supposed to be.

Last night was so sad for Sarah, her baby girl 💔 The care was good in the hospital though, when I went through the same i was told over 111 to rest on my sofa.

I'm glad Adam didn't take Daniel's advice and didn't decide to stay with her due to guilt. Those two don't work and they've both cheated and lied. He could have picked a better moment to ask for a divorce though.

Jenny appearing to lust after 'blue eyes' Stephen made me laugh. Also why do landlords/ landladies of the rovers always say the rovers is in their blood 🤔

I didn’t get Jenny saying it was in her blood. She’s only been running the Rovers the last 5 years or so. And in her previous stints on Corrie she’s never had much to do with the pub. She’s not like Sharon in Eastenders who grew up in the Vic and has been landlady on & off over the years. Sharon I could understand saying the pub is in her blood, not so much Jenny

Saying it’s now become her life would make more sense

Think I’m the only one who didn’t actually mind Adam and Sarah together, the writers just never seemed to invest in them and they didn’t get much screen time when they were happy, it’s all been gloom and doom. I think they missed a trick by not giving them a Platt/Barlow/Baldwin baby, it would’ve tied those legacy families together. I wouldn’t be surprised if Adam leaves the show soon either - didn’t the actor who plays him talk about leaving a year or so ago? 😔

Jenny didn't want the pub. Her and Johnny were going to move to Spain and then Johnny bought the pub instead. Jenny's ended up there by accident.

A bad day when your jealous of creepy Roy
I don’t find Roy creepy! He’s one of my favourites. I am lost on why he’s spending so much time with Yasmeen though? And please can they get rid of Stu? I liked him when he was fighting to get justice but now he’s pointless and boring and his character in that football thing on apple put me off him too!

I didnt. Was that when she was with Todd?
I don’t remember either - I’m guessing I wasn’t watching then.

Yeah. It was around the time it came out Todd was gay

IIRC there’s been scenes of new Todd and Sarah talking about him
When Todd was going out with Billy he said he found it strange as the name had other associations for him. They didn't dwell on it but it was a nice reference and totally different to normally when people disappear they never get mentioned again.

I don’t remember her having postpartum psychosis at all
Yes, she really suffered and ended up getting sectioned.

Yes! 🙏

I recently started watching Coro again after a 20+ year break from it ... I stopped watching around the time Sarah was pregnant with Bethany.

It's been interesting tuning in again ... one of the most surprising things is, the Rovers seems near-empty a lot of the time - in the old days it was bustling and there was a lot of background chatter. I've also noticed that the houses look cramped ... maybe the camera angles are different or something? Roy's café used to be quite large, too. I know the set was recreated, which might explain a lot of the differences.
