It's so tricky. He was not guilty of what he was accused of so how could the jury find him liable? Very frustrating. I wish there had been a way to ask the jury if they believe her had sex with her.

Can the judge say that he doesn't believe JL account and therefore he has to pay his own costs? I believe the judge can do what he likes regarding the costs and we all know it is McGregor who will pay them. Although the judge should order that because I wouldn't trust McGregor to leave JL to pay his share or of spite.

I follow a solicitor on TikTok who has been posting about the trial. He said that it's at the judge's discretion. Hopefully that's true.

I'm trying to see the justification for Nikita to pay JLs costs. The Rapist said under oath that he was paying JLs costs and that the same firm was representing both of them. Could he be charged with perjury if he refused now to pay them?
