Comedians you don’t find funny…

Same and my husband is the same and we feel bad about it. But when comedy is about timing it unfortunately is quite difficult for her to get the punchline across. She is better suited to acting I would say than stand up comedy.
For me, the jokes I find funny are the witty ones where the delivery is everything. Lee Mack for me, whilst sometimes cringe, has the ability to come out with quick reactive ones, like on Would I Lie to You.

For scripted comedy I find clever duos like French and Saunders and The Two Ronnies hilarious, they are just funny to the core and really set a scene, and again, the timings are key to their act.

Unfortunately with Rosie, the timing isn't good, and to me (shoot me, whatever), she's not funny 😬

Frankie Boyle.
He didn't bother me until I tried to explain him style to my American husband:

"He's a comedian but he's REALLY edge and so offensive-"

Husband, rolling his eyes: "Right. and is he only offensive about groups you're allowed to go after?"

Me: "........yeah."

He's as edgy as a blunt butter knife.
I don't think he's ever made a joke about anything you could honestly call controversial.

Not any more but if you go back a few years his stuff was vile. He tows the party line these days otherwise he’d not have a job.

Oh yeah vile and offensive but only going after groups / people who are easy prey.
For example, Katie and Harvey Price. Vile jokes but they're an easy target.

I can't bloody stand Charles III but Boyles anti-monarchy shtick is just unfunny and boring and predictable.

Yeah I feel the same about him. Plus I hate the creepy accent he puts on, he’s Glaswegian like me and I cringe every time I hear him talk on tv. It wasn’t just Katie Price, he was fond of a r*pe joke back in the day too. I hated everything that came out his mouth. I think maybe Jimmy Carr wrote his jokes though (or the other way round). Both extremely unfunny to me. But they are white guys so they can say anything and get away with it it would seem.

Sarah Millican and Miranda Hart. Hard to know which one is worse.
I cannot bear Sarah Millican not funny at all and I don't find her likeable there's a hard streak in her.

I don't find him funny because he is so nasty and smug a very unpleasant man indeed.

I went to see Frankie Boyle when I was very pregnant and nearly hurt myself laughing. I thought I was going to pass out. I can’t remember the style of his jokes but they tickled me.

With the Katie Price thing I always felt that if she didn’t bleep Harvey out to the media, Frankie would have never been able to make the joke. I’ve seen the whole routine and it’s a reflection of her not the lad.

The way I see it, Frankie Boyle made one sick joke. She’s behaved like a monster to her kids, forcing them into reality TV, when they’re unable to consent, all their lives. Notice Harvey is pretty much the only one she can still do this to? Poor fucker.

I absolutely have nothing against offensive comedy as such and completely agree that someone like Katie Price should expect to be the target of a comedian who makes offensive jokes. And I agree her real life treatment of her kids is far worse than any joke that can be made.

It's his 'selective offensiveness' that grates on me.

He seemed edgy on Mock the Week but look at who he was against - a veritable who's who of comedians who belong on this thread-
Howard Russell
Hugh Dennis
Andy 'funny-as-toothache' parsons.

We usually go see Frankie when he comes to town, I’ll look out for what you’re saying next time.

We go to a lot of comedy and I find many of the unknowns much funnier than the stars.
