Two questions - why doesn’t the management company for the block wash the windows? And why can’t the window cleaner use a pole like most of them do now, he’s trying to convince people he lives in a pent house

There's no management company, it's the cooncil unless the majority are bought flats. I've never really known a council to clean windows, even in high rise flats but maybe they do in some areas. With the amount of boarded up windaes in his close I imagine it's not a council priority tae wash the windaes, ah bet Beak disni take a turn in washing the stairwell and nae debates!
