Celebrity MasterChef

Why are they so lenient on Chris? Helping him so much with the first challenge pretty much telling him everything he had to do, then Cliff was left to it to work out himself. It feels like if it was anyone else boiling a butternut squash then doing corned beef and rice he would have gone last episode.

Thank god they got rid of Chris Eubank, there would have been a riot here otherwise.
Probably a mercy for the guest chefs too, that poor chap they brought on tonight looked like he was going to have a heart attack as he watched Chris cook.

The choir chap and All Saints woman are pretty reasonable cooks though. (I've made Queen of Puddings and it is a bit of a faff, so well done for not letting the custard and meringue merge into an unappetising glop.)

Gareth Malone is coming across as a bit smug to me. I'm not keen.
Yes I agree and he is either putting on a posher accent or he was toning it down when I have seen him in the past

Same here. He is not likeable at all. Something very cold about him.
I like Mel.
Chris was very entertaining in a bonkers way. I'd like to see him on I'm a Celeb or Big Brother 😂
He has been on I'm a celeb and he seems to have got shot of his lisp since then. Yes he is bonkers

The guest chef , Freddie, was very respectful towards "Mr Eubank" but he was just holding his tongue , Chris came across as a bit unpredictable, the perfect gentleman until he is crossed.
I liked the guest chef and he was lovely to all of them.

Oh, bless Cliffs' heart, cheerfully frying cheese into liquid glop instead of crisping it to a cracker in the oven. I think he'd been at the cooking sherry before starting this task.
I like him he is a tryer and he was so proud of his pie and mash.

I was sure it would be Gareth and Mel going through - but so pleased it was Cliff/Minty. His Greek lamb dish was the most appetising.
Mel is such a good cook and very likeable. Despite her haddock lasagne sounding absolutely revolting
So next week it is Richard Blackwood, Kirsty Gallagher, Dorian off of Birds of a Feather, Jimmy Bullard and someone else I've forgotten/didn't recognise.
