Saw this in the Meme thread and guess who I thought of

Believe me, as a night manager, Carrie wouldn’t last a day. She’d take everything so personally than storm off.
If she'd need the job to survive like most of us when we take on a customer service job, she'd have to swallow her ego and actually play nice. This is the fantasy scenario I was referring to. I find that people that have had at least one customer service job in their lives tend to be much better behaved than those who didn't.

Ofc she's wealthy so she'd have reason to ever have to work on her personality and stop being such a witch. So that ship has long sailed, I'm just daydreaming.

She'd be like how she is with roles: 'manager position or I'm not interested'. I think the only places she'd swallow her pride and work at would be a quaint bookshop with a tea room. She'd probably rather go offline than admit she had to take a shift at the local Primark or Maccies

Or she'd phone tom to try secure a senior position without putting in any effort

Also, another dig at Oliver (subtly towards the end) as per usual. Carrie is the “crazy stalker witch”-type that cannot let go, even if she’s passionately unwanted.
I genuinely loathe this woman. At this point, I don't think she'll ever be over him, and if that isn't enough for Joel to realize that he wasn't a hero for swooping in, he was a villain, idk what will convince him. She just really is that much of a narcissist that she can't get over the fact that she was broken up with, not the other way around, but where I had concern for her in the beginning, now it's just pathetic. Being dumped sucks, but jfc, let it go or get some help to work through it.

To be honest, I think Joel knows that this isn’t a love marriage. They both benefit from it; he plays #soproud #BestHusbandever on social media, so Carrie can live in her delusional state of thinking she’s over Oliver. Joel on the other hand is suddenly associated with the #FletcherFam, gets (barely) mentioned in Hello Mag and lives in Carrie’s house, just like her other housemates. They get to go on holiday together so neither has to travel alone. It’s not a bad deal; I just don’t know how she can stomach looking at him or how he can stand her snottiness and general patronizing ways. But he’s not much better, so I think they probably get along well enough.

Carrie’s most recent video: It takes too much effort to let people live rent free in my head and I don’t hold grudges.

*about 24 hours later*

Also Carrie: *posts some cryptic tit about an ex while married to someone else*

Her latest video was SO. tit.

You really are scraping the content barrel when you start reacting to boring videos of yourself from ten years ago and somehow manage to make them EVEN MORE BORING.

It's like the "did I use what I packed in my hospital bag?" video that new mum influencers do but with absolutely zero transformative experience in-between.

Perhaps unpopular opinion but I genuinely think that Oliver dumping her only hurt her ego and nothing else because she's never been dumped before. She's always been the one dumping when the replacement was ready to go, or even overlapping for a bit. 😹😹

I never felt sorry for her because this was not the woman in love that was heartbroken after the love of her life dumped her. It was the woman that lost her trophy boyfriend and couldn't accept that he moved on and was happy without her. And for that matter, that he was sooo much happier than he'd ever been with her and living his best life.

Maybe it's finally time to let go of the thought of the one that got away and move on with her husband. Or will it take a third wedding to convince herself? 🤡🤡

I agree, he’s in a much better position now than he ever has been. Whereas Carries life has never been worse.
