And she’d be a HORRIBLE manager. She’d get off on patronising and talking down to people, being fake nice and only liking the brown nosers. She'd be like how she is with roles: 'manager position or I'm not interested'. I think the only places she'd swallow her pride and work at would be a quaint bookshop with a tea room. She'd probably rather go offline than admit she had to take a shift at the local Primark or Maccies

Yep. She gets to say she’s married and looks like (to her fans) she’s over Oli, and he gets cloutTo be honest, I think Joel knows that this isn’t a love marriage. They both benefit from it; he plays #soproud #BestHusbandever on social media, so Carrie can live in her delusional state of thinking she’s over Oliver. Joel on the other hand is suddenly associated with the #FletcherFam, gets (barely) mentioned in Hello Mag and lives in Carrie’s house, just like her other housemates. They get to go on holiday together so neither has to travel alone. It’s not a bad deal; I just don’t know how she can stomach looking at him or how he can stand her snottiness and general patronizing ways. But he’s not much better, so I think they probably get along well enough.
