Wonder if Carrie will be making an appearance at MusicalCon this year
I’m usually a lurker on this thread but I felt the need to come on and let you know that I have been influenced by Carrie. Earlier this week, she posted a story about how amazing it was to see her book on the shelves in Sainsburys. In the picture, I noticed another book that I wanted being sold at a very reasonable price. So, this morning I took myself off to Sainsburys to buy said book, and left hers on the shelf! Thank you, Carrie.
Anyone know where we can see figures of exactly how many books she sells?
I work for a library service and this made me go and look on our system at how many loans her books have had. For some context, I work in a service that has 46 public libraries, various school libraries and covers an area the size of a small European country.Book sale #s are private. The only people who can see them are her agent, editor and herself

It's like fate. She wanted to write a tell all book at 30, and her career just so happened to die at 30. No good roles coming in anymore. No more west end roles for her. She'll become a regular in Canterbury
The Palladium Panto has been announced at last (Peter Pan) including most of the primary cast except Peter Pan him/herself and I think she's a bit heavy footed for that role, so I think we're safe on that front. Phew! Canterbury it is then.

I think Carrie is genuinely so dense that she thinks you can just write a "non fiction book" by whipping open your laptop on the Tube and word vomiting into a Google Doc. I don't think she understands the amount of research and planning that goes into non fiction writing
Yes, I saw that in Sainsburys too and now I’ve downloaded it so you’ve influenced me too! Thank youSameeee. I bought Deadly Daisy after seeing that story as I knew it was only 99p on Kindle, and as it's still in the charts it seemed like a good little bargain. I've read The Book-Lover's Retreat this week too which was also in her story...

This new tour poster looks like she's got her hands out begging for money/sales
Really? What about the Times chart that shows you how many books have been sold in a week. If that’s published you’d think there must be stats somewhere for those who have not made the chart?Book sale #s are private. The only people who can see them are her agent, editor and herself
At what point do they cancel I wonder.I just had a little look at ticket sales for her tour at my local venue.
It seems they've reduced the prices. Tickets that were £47.50 are now £32. And there's still most of them for sale either on the venue website or Ticketmaster. She's probably sold about 60 tickets in a venue that holds over 1000. And now the ticket price has been reduced.
Oh dear.
