Just logged in for the first time in a few weeks to comment on that outfit after seeing her post.

It's horrific. WOW. I am all for self-expression but usually that comes with developing natural taste for beautiful things/aesthetics... Carrie's outfit of unabashed self-expression is just like if Mrs Bucket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory became a 46 year old art teacher, with a bit of manic pixie dream girl mixed in there as well. I don't want to be mean, genuinely my intentions aren't to hurt people who dress like that, but come on!!! It ages her so much, I can't believe she was playing teenagers until a couple years ago!!
 
Hi all, long time lurker!

I think from what I've seen she's not so comfy with her new weight.
I've been going through some mental health issues which has affected my weight too and I began dressing with less care than I ever had before as I just didn't value myself in the same way that I did before*
Also, after my first real break up I felt so laid bare, I wonder if she's trying to hide herself behind this new facade of crazy/baggy clothing as she's still in pain from the breakup.
It's not a good look, I hope she can do some real introspection soon

(*my personal experience only here. Weighing more does not mean you should ever feel less than, it is not something to feel ashamed of but there is still that social stigma hanging around which affected me and my response to my own situation)

Same. I also just realised what it reminds me of - this shot from the end credits of ‘Pearl (2022)’. Truly a ‘smile to keep from crying’ expression. Totally at odds with the sentiment she’s trying to portray in the caption. A picture really says a 1000 words.

It’s maybe been mentioned but im sure there’s a cartoon character team she looks like.

she’s trying to say “just wear the item/outfit” meaning well but it just looks like she’s got dressed in the dark. I like the book cardigan but it just looks frumpy. What’s with her always having to wear patterned/coloured tights!
 
I think one of the big problems with how she dresses herself looking frumpy is the lines. Her dresses are generally midi and A-line, which she wears with flat calf boots making the little you can see of her legs look stumpy and wide. Instead of emphasising her waist, she'll wear a boxy hip length or long cardi which makes the whole look shapeless.
 
Petty rant incoming, but considering all she's been doing is opening the advent calendar doors and not doing anything with the contents, she's managed to make the Nespresso seem like crappy quality if it doesn't even open properly 🙈

You can see a rip between the bottom two doors too. Potentially Carrie is just being too heavy handed with it (which also, like... come on, babe, you're already doing the bare minimum here 😂) but this would well put me off getting it as a gift for someone (as I don't have a machine but loved ones do). It's not a cheap calendar at £45 but it's evidently built like one 🤨

All gossip aside, and knowing she is petty and a bully, my heart still hurts for her looking at her eyes in recent pics. We’ve all been commenting on the “dead” eyes for a while now, and knowing she’s coming up on a really hard anniversary (sorry Joel) I feel bad that she feels she has to put on a happy face.

Wasn’t Joanie the clothing line she collaborated with last year?

She looks so unhinged. It’s been almost a year since the breakup and she’s just gotten more and more unhinged, my god can she not just sit and deal with her feelings and emotions? Of course it’s hard and heartbreaking but not working through them and healing is only doing more damage, which is very obvious with Carrie. I mean look at her, her eyes are dead. I also wonder what has made Joel be silent all of a sudden? I’m by no means complaining, but I wonder if someone told him he had to stop and he’s acting and being ridiculous. I hope so, him and Carrie both need a reality check.
 
I can already see a post today from Carrie stating Sybil is her favorite HP character so those are the esthetics she was going for. 😹😹😹

The hair is just as awful as the outfit. She really need a good hair mask and to get rid of that fake orange. People with natural red hair have a completion that suits it wonderfully. In her case, it clashes and makes her skin nearly look yellow/orange too. It's hideous. While I wouldn't color my own hair, I'm all about doing that if you consult with someone that is good and pick a colour that matches you. It's meant to make you look good (better than your natural hair colour), why put your hair through that if it makes you look like crap?

Her long dirty blonde hair was IMHO her most beautiful feature. It would be just as beautiful if it got darker with age. It was princess hair, someone that made Disney her whole personality should really want to hold on to it.

The more I look at this picture I just think my god she really has gone off the deep end. Her eyes look so emotionless and dead. She’s not happy and everyone can see that, I can’t help but wonder if things will really hit her next month since it’ll be a year since the breakup. I really wish she would open her eyes and breakup with Joel.

The dress looks old and bobbly. Nothing wrong with rewearing stuff but it should still look good if she’s going to do OOTD. she’s made what could be a cool feature cardigan look frumpy and dull. The messy hair up doesn’t help the look along with the crazy facial expression.
thw hair dye needs to go carrie!!
