Is that Joel’s mum? There’s so much stuff going on on that table, so weird because I don’t think she ever visited Oliver’s family. I remember eventually when he went to visit them in 2020 she didn’t go with him and I know he visited other times and she never went, I even remember her saying how they had been together for like 4 years and they had never spent Christmas together until they were in lockdown in 2020, I just found it kind of odd that she NEVER visited his family, even after they had been together for years and even lived together. But her and Joel have been dating for what, maybe 4 months and she’s already visiting his family?! She’s really wanting that 💍 huh?!🤦🏻‍♀️

It does look a little odd, but it’s genuinely really nice. An alternative afternoon tea, so they do sliders, halloumi, soup... which probably doesn’t sell it well 🤣 @joelene4745 yes, Joel’s mum, who thinks she’s a celebrity herself 🙄 Joels theatre school is putting on matilda locally, so I’m wondering if he’s come for that... although not sure how he’s going time off from Hamilton 🤷🏻‍♀️ I doubt carrie has gone to visit without him, although he’d have wanted to be in the photo if he was there...

Oh God I bet it will be one of those flash dance proposals that people were doing 5-7 years ago. He has a lot of ‘dancing in public’ videos on his socials so it would definitely be his vibe.

Also can’t believe he’s taking her to Disney Paris as the big surprise trip. Snoreeeeeee. Carrie is really going to stagnate in this relationship. Joel isn’t going to challenge her in any conceivable way. She’s gonna end up even more stuck and stagnated than she was before.

I doubt she’s even particularly excited about it. It’s funny that the only time she ever seemed really enthusiastic about him was right at the very beginning with the ‘I’m so happy I could burst into tears on the tube’ schtick in the first two weeks.

She was just relieved to find a man who wanted her and would proudly (🤪) and loudly claim her. Plus she did her usual bullshit thing where she romanticises and creates a narrative in her head of the guy before she even gets a chance to know him. But we’ve seen what Carrie’s actually like when she’s into a guy, and it’s not how she’s been behaving the past few months.

Carrie is the queen of cutting off her nose to spite her face. So she’s gonna waste years of her life in a lacklustre dead in the water relationship because of past hurt and to pRove tHe HAters wRonG!!! She’ll get her ring and baby out of it and then I think everything will hit her all at once. Her determination to never actually deal with her issues and instead using one relationship after the next to wallpaper over the cracks is gonna catch up with her, and fast.
 
Also most people didn't have Facebook in the UK till around 2006...and a lot later when life events was possible to add...so at what age he decided to brag about his first kiss? 🤣😆

He kissed a girl (?) and he liked it. 🤣

So the earliest he could've added his first kiss at 13 as a life event was at the age off 24. Why?!?! 😆
