Just came here to say this. If someone I knew had passed away, yes perhaps I would post something to acknowledge and share my condolences… but Joel has now put together a full montage reel with clips and pictures of him with the person who has passed away. Take it offline and just reflect privately.

Same with Carrie as someone mentioned earlier where she had posted to her stories in between her usual inane rubbish about Halloween etc and that post about ‘living’ without any context which at first seems insensitive unless you click on the original post and see what it is in reference to.

That having been said, one of the clips in his reel features this absolute cracker of John looking as dishy as always.

I'm inclined to agree, especially if Calamity Jane is a flop - it's already looking less than stellar (ticket sales are poor). She'll want an 'out' if it's not well reviewed plus it goes on for nine whole months as a tour, I assumed it was only going for 4-6 months.

That seems like a particularly odd choice for a couple where both parents have work commitments in completely different regions and their baby isn't even a year old. Is Joel just supposed to not see Mabel for months on end, or brief visits when he can coordinate the time off? Like other tour scheduling it zips about all over the UK and Ireland instead of a straightforward circuit. I'm not saying the mum should be the one sacrificing her career but you'd think they could've alternated their commitments.

Does anyone know when Joel's Hamilton contract is up/if it's likely to renew/if he's resuming his role in the Live Aid musical which is scheduled for the West End from May 2025?

I hope his fellow theatre actors hold him to account, or at least don't support him.

He is doing this purely because gavin is trending in the theatre community. The same way as he does with Disney, football etc.

It's tacky and gross and deeply disrespectful

I watched the first 30 seconds or so. He's got Gavin Creel music of some kind playing in the background, and nearly instantly admits he's just a fan. I stopped at that point because it was obviously going to be all about Joel.
