Good for Carly showing such professionalism and equanimity towards an organisation with whom talks fell through. I imagine it will really endear her towards any potential contract taker-uppers.

It’s interesting because it’s the kind of attitude we see constantly from JM but that seems more about projecting her uber charged middle class insecurities onto all who fall into her path.

I suppose narcissism is still the common thread - both assume their experience is universal and everyone will feel and react the same way. Anybody who disagrees is some kind of lizard person plotting assassination of our farmers so that we can build new builds on their land and take over food distribution to create more lizard people!

Conspiracy theories about everyone having it in for you are the default fallback of the grifter, the narc, the fraudster. You can’t fight a rumour.
Yes, Nicola had an evil plan all along to duck with “checks notes” a resident called Carly, who apparently wants to grow carrots.
If Cllr Purse did have it in for her (she didn’t) it might be because no salt was found on the allotments and Carly has been slagging her and the council off on social media.
 
I’ve just come across a radio interview with her which was uploaded to YouTube two weeks ago. I thought it was new but it was recorded in the ‘I’m waiting for my driving licence’ days.

Loads of naming children, talking about disabilities, identifying people by health conditions. It’s all very Depher.

She starts off by saying how she was so broke she couldn’t afford heating and then talks about the vast sums of money that hit her bank account. And then goes off into her utopian vision where elders teach children and everyone is happy and it’s all because of Saint Carly.

In the absence of any evidence to the contrary, I remain convinced that her current redistribution of funds is an attempt to run down the clock on gofundme refunds.

Only those ne’er-do-wells who don’t have an elder to keep them on the straight and narrow will be throwing manky bread at each other. Harlow’s on its bloody knees, there’s elders all over the place desperately waiting to mentor kids!
