This is why she won't work with Harlow Council, so none of this is her fault.

Of course she's not showing us the contract itself..

I am prepared to bet a smallish sum of money that absolutely none of that is the plain unvarnished truth.

Break clauses in leases are absolutely standard and work both ways (so Carly has a right to exercise the break clause as well), and the timing of the break clause is dependent on the length of the lease. Given Carly's health issues, a break clause seems very wise, so if she finds herself unable to continue with the allotment she can cancel without being liable for the full twelve months.

the council also wouldn't need to use the break clause if she just kept her head down and got on with it ...

The heart at the beginning of her hate rant is everything.

Break clauses and 1 year contracts benefit both sides. She can also walk away if it doesn't work out after 2 months or a year. It seems entirely reasonable. The council were never going to lease to her in perpetuity. Why would she think otherwise?

And the social media clause is reasonable. She's a foul gobshite who has been attacking the organisation she was trying to enter into an agreement with. She was lucky to be offered a contract at all. More of her own personal failure.

Where is the money?
 
This does not sit right with me at all.
So they wanted me to do all the work, put the money into it, to chuck me off when they are ready!

But the money is the COMMUNITY money and if you put in the money and hard work on the allotment the COMMUNITY benefits and that would not be a waste. The COMMUNITY continues without you. What a selfish toad.
 
She hasn't given out anything. She has cobbled together a list of organisations in Harlow by posting a few times on a Facebook group which barely anyone outside of its membership will see and talking to one (1) religious leader. Find a directory you cloth brained bleep.

There is no advertised application procedure or criteria. It appears she is going to send a list of every charity or non-profit in Harlow she can find to the CIC regulator for some reason. They will not be amused.

because you faffed around and didn't set up a charity when you said you would?
because you suddenly set up a limited company when you needed to be a CIC or CIO?
because you faffed around for eight months more setting up the CIC?
because you didn't seek proper advice until October about setting up the CIC?
because you slagged off the council on your socials and misrepresented what was happening?
because you expected the council to suddenly jump to attention when you finally got the CIC paperwork sorted just before the Christmas holidays?
because you continued to slag off the council on your socials and misrepresented what was happening to the point they put out a statement in the local paper?
because you refused to negotiate on the contract?

oh no none of that it's because the council are in cahoots with the NWO and want us all to eat insects
 
These updates read like she’s in her early 20s with no experience of anything ever. Just constant huff over the standard and mundane. My leases have always had break-clauses in them!

It’s interesting because it’s the kind of attitude we see constantly from JM but that seems more about projecting her uber charged middle class insecurities onto all who fall into her path.

I suppose narcissism is still the common thread - both assume their experience is universal and everyone will feel and react the same way. Anybody who disagrees is some kind of lizard person plotting assassination of our farmers so that we can build new builds on their land and take over food distribution to create more lizard people!
