Everyone is different but if I had been rushed in an Ambulance to A&E with heart problems the last thing I'd be thinking about is taking selfies to send to my friends!

The McDonalds ad I will give her a pass as that was probably already filmed and scheduled to go but going forward she needs to have a rethink of her content as she cant be peddling junk food ads with a bad heart!

The "sick" voice from this story reminded me of when i used to put on a feeble voice when i phoned in sick for my weekend job after having paved the way the day before by wearing no make up so i looked dreadful 😂😂

I remember her saying about one visit but definitely not two and if you had bought tickets and then were gifted tickets wouldn’t you offer your bought tickets to a friend?! As the gifted ones will always have been better.

Also her new “do” is clearly hiding with her top lip 😂😂
