I also disagree that she's taking anything or trying to lose weight. We all know she's loves to edit herself and filters herself like there's no tomorrow. There's no way she'd change, she loves shovelling in truck fulls of food daily.

They’re the jeans she ordered in that reel try on thing? I think the picture only gives the illusion she’s slimmer due too the colour of the denim, how she’s standing, the shadows in the picture and her cardigan draping down. Also has her nose always looked that big?

I have to agree it’s likely a number of things causing the illusion.
I swear her nose does look bigger, but then I think I see I blemish on the end that looks suspicious and needs a check by a dermatologist.
