Not to be a pedantic bleep but I'm sure that's a kettlebell not a dumbell, HOWEVER almost makes it worse as shes using 2 hands for the what, 2/3kg weight? (Also question gals - not sure if this is gym wanker "science" that I read somewhere but does alcohol does something to stop muscle gain/metabolises it? Or am I making that up lol )
