I do a lot of prep on Sundays. So when I’m get home from work it’s sooo much easierMy breakfast is roughly the same every day, sliced meat and a yoghurt or ready brek with protein powder and a yoghurt.
Have to say when I lost weight first time around I consistently had tray bakes for tea and I do think that was a big part of it so I really need to do it again but I can never be arsed with the chopping. But it’s so good when I do do it, I have an air fryer now so I bung it all in that
