Wow that’s amazing. What kinda stuff do u have daily ? XxHello Bisonettes, I’m now bloody buzzing to say I’ve lost over 6 stone since January
Calorie deficit, lower carb, low fat and high protein.
My back, hips and knees don’t hurt like they used to and I can get upstairs without feeling like I’m going to pass out I’m exercising daily and really proud of myself.
I eat a lot of meat, fish and eggs and steer clear of bread, potatoes and pasta and other carb heavy veg and fruit.Wow that’s amazing. What kinda stuff do u have daily ? Xx
Sounds lovely. Thanks for sharingI eat a lot of meat, fish and eggs and steer clear of bread, potatoes and pasta and other carb heavy veg and fruit.
A typical day would be something like this
Breakfast - Turkey bacon or bacon medallions, two eggs (poached are my favourite) tomatoes and spinach.
Dinner - Chicken/fish and salad/veg
Tea - Chicken/Steak/Fish
(Just normal home cooked meals with lean cuts of meat and plenty of green veg)
I have a protein shake after exercising with a handful of berries and seeds to get my fibre intake up and I have 200 Kcals for Snacks in the evening.
Do u weigh weekly ? xAnd plenty of water, weighday is a meal of whatever I want (that’s when I have a pasta or dish with potato) and a couple of treats all within my calorie allowance.
It has been hard some weeks but I had to change so doing that on a Monday helps a lot.
No gym either just walking and doing various workouts from YouTube (bit like Becki )
Daily and take the average.Do u weigh weekly ? x
I prefer to weigh daily tooDaily and take the average.
This isn’t for everyone though as you can get obsessed with the numbers but I’m all good with that side of things.
Amazing willpower, 6 stone is unbelievable. Well done youI eat a lot of meat, fish and eggs and steer clear of bread, potatoes and pasta and other carb heavy veg and fruit.
