Honestly I was just thinking the same, Beth we know you read this so when you do see this maybe reconsider getting people to ask you questions if you’re just going to be passive aggressive in most responses back to people asking you questions. It’s not a nice look at all.

I’m happy to admit when I’m wrong but I think the same too. Seems a bit weird she posted about that feedback and she never really gave any inclination she was looking to move jobs. To be fair I’m sure if anything I’m sure she’s posted how good it’s been for her compared to the job she left. I’ll happily eat my words if she left of her own accord though. Just weird timing with that comment and then proceeding to suddenly sell lots of expensive bits like the bags etc…

Hmmmmm did she get given notice she was losing her job and that’s what the vegas wedding came from…
A loss of her income so no longer being able to afford a more lavish wedding
She got that deal with attraction tickets so just put the two together to make it cost effective
And also the wedding content distracting everyone as long as possible for the fact she’s not working…
 
I don’t think she’s concerned about money, she’s still spending and doesn’t seem to be restricting herself. Whether she’s been sacked, it was a mutual agreement or she’s given her notice in, it looks like she’s on garden leave or it’s happened immediately but they’d still have to pay her notice period which is at least 1 month but could definitely be 3 months if she’s in a senior position. She could already have her next role lined up or be interviewing but with her experienced, her notice pay and anything extra she earns from social media, I don’t think she’s worried about getting a new job or being short on cash.
 
I’ve gone through redundancy a few times in agencies, it really is very common (which is why I finally left).
For a position longer than 2 years, you’re entitled to 3 months severance pay. For anything less, it’s down to the company’s discretion - so likely your notice period which will be 1-2 months. Doesn’t matter what position she is in. Plus she’ll get her unused holiday on a pro-rata basis. So she didn’t quite reach 2 years so I’d be careful with spending if I were her.
But saying that, loads of new contracts are being signed during this period because the new fiscal year starts, so it shouldn’t be hard for her to find something new.
 
She probably flounced out of the job when they gave her the feedback she didn't like about what a knob she is being "too much".

You can imagine her smugly giving her notice with immediate effect because she's a big deal on social media and doesn't need them or the money anyway :LOL:

She might well have just moved on for very normal reasons but nonetheless, you can totally see her doing it.
