Is this the same job she had while in London? If so she’ll probably get paid way less now

Yesss! Sorry I probably should have put ‘work calls’
She doesn’t seem to be working this week and usually she makes such a big deal about annual leave.

It’s so obvious she reads Tattle with her passive aggressive comments all the time 😂

In her latest Instagram story she makes the remark “did you know I got married in Vegas, did you know” whilst pointing at her tacky wedding photos.

I think she’s got one! I don’t think she’ll have give her notice in until she got a new one. These are probably prep calls for her starting if she’s on leave or they’ve just let her go

True unless she was made redundant or was unhappy and left before finding something else. Happens quite often with marketing agencies. But she seems upbeat about the whole thing.

I might be wrong, but I don’t think that she’s in the kind of job that would have garden leave in the contract. She’s not high powered or influential enough for her old employer to worry that she’s going to steal clients or colleagues. I suspect she handed in her notice and they told her not to bother to work it (as she doesn’t sound like the most productive employee normally, let alone when she’s decided to leave a company). Either that or they sacked her and have paid her in lieu of her notice period…this would explain the post about not being everyone’s cup of tea.

I definitely think she’s been sacked, or they at least gave her bad feedback/told her to stop being a lazy twit and she’s resigned. Either way it doesn’t seem to be amicable
 
If people keep kicking off at you and giving you negative feedback, eventually you have to realise you are the common denominator. You might meet a shite manager or two every now and again but if it keeps happening, perhaps those multiple people have a point??
