My three year old is exactly the same. If it’s not Spider-Man or the Grinch at the moment he’s not interested. And I can’t blame older siblings as he has none!
 
Ashley talking about vaginismus as being easily curable has rattled me tonight. It's more common than realised because we don't like to talk about it but it's not just a case of a massage to release tension. I was referred to psycho-sexual counselling and given exercises to do. I still have pain during sex and it's definitely connected to mental health. Essentially the vaginal muscles stay closed when something I. e. Tampon tries to be inserted. This can be a symptom of a physical problem, or a physical response to something mentally. Ahhhhhhhh
 
Ah here we go with the ‘I was stitched up incorrectly but my private Harley Street gynae who’s amazing said there was nothing wrong with the stitches and they weren’t causing the pain’ bullshit.

Alfs little run at the CM 💔 He’s just so stunted. Ada can walk better than him. How can she not address it? No one can argue about Alf’s privacy with this now after she happily posts his bleeping bowel movements 😞

What “carton of milk” is Ashley allowing Ada to have?! Not Soya/Oat surely 😖

I presume if it was pre-made formula it would’ve said “bottle”?

ASHLEY. Formula is the ONLY suitable alternative to breast milk for a child under the age of 12 months. Have a bloody word with yourself. And shame on the CM too.

You can buy one that is in like cartons. I want to say SMA? It had a screw top but is a cardboard carton.

though reading the message doesn’t give much faith is that as you would measure it out in a bottle wouldn’t you?

she’s so obsessed with her bloody boobs that I think that even if it is a carton of pre-made formula, she’d rather people think Ada is drinking an alternative milk.

don’t forget she’s “totally cool” with people feeding their babies however they choose to though 🙄
 
My toddler is 6 months younger than Alf and if she watches a bit of tv in the evening or the weekend it’s half of Home Alone 😂 Alf really is like a massive overgrown baby flapping around to super simple songs.
It’s alarming that Ashley doesn’t put in any effort and has no idea what is age appropriate or where his development should be for his age.

That’s what I took from it. Never heard of Vaginismus? Watching her bang on about it I am still non the wiser. She gave birth, stitches were ok, still felt pain, big bad man doctor told her it’s all in her head, woman doctor rubs her vulva and cures it 😅 proceeds to post an article about Megan Trainor’s vulva and how the media spun it all to blame her well-endowed partner 🤷🏼‍♀️ because duck the patriarchy, basically.

Think that’s just about the gist of it. Poor Ashley.
 
Her vaginismus story is interesting. Went to gynaecologist 9 months after alf born with pain. Marta massaged her vagina 22 months after alf born and cured all. Pain was so bad she was scared of tampons and speculums (tbf they are grim) yet was happy for Tommy to put it in during this time period to create 9 month old Ada?
 
A think a lot of people have issues with inserting tampons after birth. So much changes down there, especially after a first birth when the cervix will have been firm and closed then it has to shorten and open for the first time. Pelvic floor will be lower, all the organs will have moved to accommodate the baby.

I’ve never known someone so dramatic and with such victim mentality. It’s sad she doesn’t see how lucky she is with her life. Comfortable financially, lovely home, two children, support around her raising said children like people could only wish for. It’s sad she’s still unhappy and seeking something else in her life.

My 2 communicate really well and I put that down to me talking and singing at them all the time 🤣 (I do use screens, no hate for them. I just don't feel you need them THAT much)

I can imagine this has contributed, he hasn’t been given opportunity to do/learn a lot of things. And she speaks to him like a baby. He can’t safely walk up and down the stairs alone as no one ever allowed/taught him to.

that being said though, MOST children have speech and language delays/difficulties through no fault of their own or their parents. My 3yo had a severe speech delay (with no obvious underlying cause or neurodivergence) and with a years worth of private speech therapy and LOTS of work at home she went from having a very limited vocabulary and lots of speech sound errors, to starting to speak in sentences within a the space of a couple of weeks!

(I haven’t taken what you said personally or anything by the way! Just putting it out there that most of the time delays aren’t down to the parents! 🤣❤) Ashley and Tommy are one of the few exceptions. I do think Alf likely has some additional needs that he desperately needs support for though.
