That doesn’t look like a toddler who’s been away from his mum for 10 hours and excited to see her. Why the hell would you upload this? Oh because her boobs in it ffs!

nope - she went in 9-5 today. No settling in, just straight to it.
Guess Ashley's important work just couldn't wait.

ETA: good to see the childminder's grammar hasn't improved over the break. 'Raspberries play and a little finger taste, Ada enjoyed the play'??

Also Ashley clearly thinks it's OK to send her all day with minimal milk cos she's 3 days into weaning. She'll be having little tastes at best. That's not enough to survive on.

(No shade to families who have no choice but to use childcare at this stage, but who no doubt PREPARE andmake sure their child can take bottles).
She’s had one bottle all day in this weather 😅😅
Good luck tonight!!!!!

She is just the shittest mother in the history of the universe. I doubt myself constantly and I'm by no means perfect but duck me she takes the piss. How the duck does anyone follow her for anything other than a hate read?

I've just returned to work last week after my maternity leave - my 9.5 month old doesn't take a bottle and has just been diagnosed with a milk allergy so is prescribed dairy free formula which is disgusting. She won't take it. I had no choice about going back to work - financially we would not survive without 2 incomes, our credit cards have already been battered while I've been off. The worry I've had going back to work as she was missing 2 day time feeds was immense! Daycare have been trying her with the formula but to no avail so far (though they have been using it in her Ready Brek in the morning). Thankfully she eats like a champion so she has been fine and then still feeds off me morning & night but believe me, if I didn't have to go back to work I'd be keeping that wee woman home with me. To be turfing out a breastfed baby who is not yet on solids at 6 months is not only unnecessary and unfair on such a tiny baby but it's just truly shameful. Her pretending to be emotional about it and trying to squeeze out a tear... this woman legitimately scares me. Why the duck did she have kids? I bet she dropped Ada off and skipped down the road with happiness.

3 CMPA babies here. Have you tried vanilla essence in the bottle? Google it as there’s a ‘right’ one - our paediatric consultant told us about this tip. Basically put it in, and then they drink it and you slowly reduce how much you put in so they get used to the taste xx

Sorry Ash I thought Tommy went to work at 7.30 and that’s why Alf went to the childminder?

Looks like he was there with you and Ada after tit curls had been round

Tommy’s not a happy man. You can see it in his eyes 👀

That would’ve been taken at 5pm when they picked them up. God forbid Ash had to walk both kids home… in a double bleeping pram.

It must have just been a settling in session. She only sent a 150ml bottle. That’s not nearly enough milk for a 6 month old baby all day - it’s only one big feed! She would need at least double that for a whole day at nursery.
1-1.5oz per hour for a breastfed baby. If there was a risk she wouldn’t take the bottle you would give it an oz at a time, as the milk would have to be discarded after an hour if she didn’t take it.

This is honestly mental! I don’t know why a childminder would even agree to it! Every single baby and toddler I know did 1 if not 2 full weeks of staggered days to settle in and they were a lot older than 6 months! My 1 year old wouldn’t have been able to do 9-5 straight off the bat!

I have never heard of this!! although we are waiting for the paediatrician to refer us to the dietician so they might mention it then! thank you so much 🙏

Never mind the sun shade, just get the pic for the ’gram eh?

I don’t understand why, if she’s as wealthy as she makes out, and TNB is desperate to get into media, he doesn’t leave work and take on the majority of the childcare while trying to build a following. It must cost a bomb to have two in childcare 7.30-5! At least to give it a bash before the free 30 hours kick in.

Pure vanilla extract is what’s preferred but long as it’s ethanol-free vanilla extract or essence is fine @msmith2006
Then you gradually reduce the amount until baby can tolerate the formula as it is.

Failing that, a tiny bit of Nesquik (or similar) powder, but the chocolate one contains soya which is best to avoid just in case you haven’t eliminated soya allergy yet.

Allergy parents are rockstars xx

(So are most others except Trash and No Balls)
