I’m not even shocked by the a&e selfies and the sickness ones. I don’t expect anything less. These ‘influencers’ or ‘Instagramers’ are just a different breed to want to live their life this way so yeh, not surprising. That being said I don’t think she’s a bad mum or anything for doing it, just that these people clearly have some issues otherwise why would you choose to document all your life to strangers

Not to go all Mumsnet but mine went thru a biting phase to the point I had a actual hole next to my nipple (ouch) and I would be sat there in tears feeding, I booked to see a lactation consultant who did help but at no point would I think I hate my child?!
actually even if I did have those thoughts why on earth would you put it online for everyone to see? Imagine yourself as a adult now seeing your Mum has wrote they hate you as a baby for a action you have no control over
its quite upsetting, I can’t believe Tommy would see that wrote online and think it’s okay?
As Alf gets older and more of a handful, I think she will be hating him even more!! She is so resentful and bitter!
I don’t know why she is being so public… is she hoping to up her engagement as people will message her about her odd comment and she can cry troll or is she hoping for a tv show/book deal about motherhood?

There’s been a few occasions she’s said something along those lines, about basically hating her baby. We all feel a little resentful at times and dislike our children, but let’s not normalise actually saying we hate our kids online.. cos yknow.. you can’t delete that tit. What if poor Alf stumbled across all the crappy things she’s said about him when he’s older.

She’s always thought she was too ‘cool’ to be a mum and this hating him seems to be an extension of that. Ooh I’m so edgy, I can joke that I hate my son.

Holidsy booked for wjat stress?! Some of us cant afford that luxury just have to deal with stuff and move on, what audiance is she hoping to appeal to? I also couldn't think of anything more stressfull than dragging a baby on an airplane etc, concidering he was sick not long ago, plane full of germs
Shes insufferable and totally flaky!.....She's only been back 6 weeks from a tropical long haul holiday - most of the country haven't been anywhere in 2 years!....it's almost like she's trying to run away from her breastfeeding issues rather than try and sort them out and GET ALF INTO A ROUTINE!
She really needs to read up on child psychology and the various phases of child development( oral phase in particular) ...she really doesn't seem to have a clue about stages of baby- toddler development....there are loads of resources out there so no excuse in this day and age - he's exploring his world and if you don't like him poking your mouth or pulling your hair then you as the adult, need to gently distract him and stop him doing this!

This! So much of what she does is for the male gaze. You think as someone who bangs on about feminism and the patriarchy so much (no hate there- I’m also a raging feminist) she would understand the female gaze a bit more. Surely her audience here is women so if nothing else she would sell more products for her clients.
