I always make spelling mistakes when I’m rushing to say something when a child is kicking off for some reason. Although admittedly no one pays me to say things
I can’t bear the martyrdom, it’s really not that hard to have a shower and brush your teeth.
she’s infuriating. The lip tie thing was really annoying too
I must have missed this. Did she finally give us an update of Alf’s tongue tie appointment?
WANTS***Santa some child safety thing in her home but doesn’t want anything ugly.. priorities
Had her booster and guess what? She was b/f
Probably wants another part on Jeremy vine to tell the world how she bf whilst having the boosterHad her booster and guess what? She was b/f
Haha. Love itI actually did the same though it was easier in the moment!
I thought this. I’m BF too and worried on and off about my baby’s weight so I take him every 4 weeks to be weighted which I have to call up and book or book the next one in when I’m there. But yeh if she was that bothered about it she’s have contacted the midwife. Also as she keeps saying she’s not seen one since he was born, she could call up and tell them she is struggling and they would come out because that’s what they do. If they don’t hear from you then they assume you’re ok until they see you for the one year check up. She needs to be more proactive. Her post about alfs check and being ‘relieved’ he weighs enough as she was concerned with the breast feeding and wasn’t sure if he was putting on enough weight. Girl you’re child is 11 months- why you been worrying for 11 months about something important like that! There’s places you can go and get your child weighed. She speaks absolute shite.
She would have been discharged from the midwives after ten days like everyone else surely so why would she expect calls from them after that. If she needs support she needs to pick up the phone to her health visitor. People like her are so painfulI thought this. I don’t know anyone that’s had that! You’re right though, it should be more that wayIn my trust we had several health visitor appointments and that’s how I think it should be. New mothers need support and it shouldn’t be wholly on them to reach out. There is obviously an element of personal responsibility but you have so much on you might not be in the place to recognise what you need which is why there should be HV check ins. I actually think it’s pretty awful that Ashley has not had that.
