I sincerely hope that's not the case.
I presume she would have had to provide evidence of being medically fit to return.

It was too soon, she should have been phased back in, like in most workplaces after serious longterm illness.
Hopefully she makes a full recovery.

Yea I truly hope that’s not the case it was just confusing that she collapsed and paramedics apparently had to be consoled
