I don’t quite see how this is raising awareness. A gifted trip to a lovely caribbean holiday, travelling first class on BA is not really applicable to most people. I know she has had a really tough time and probably more stuff to go through, but it is all a bit rubbing it in the face of people in similar situations.

I feel this way about all of them. I know it's horrific, I know nobody deserves this. But pretending the experiences are similar when people are throwing free tit at you to relax you in between the Instagrammable cancer content is a far cry from someone with three young kids and a new diagnosis wondering how they're going to keep everyone fed and warm. 😔

Because he didn’t want her to film for dramatic affect obviously. The whole thing is completely vein and for Instagram likes. Very weird the first thing you think of when being diagnosed is to call your camera crew..

Oh I completely agree. Whilst I would never send her a message to tell her so, I do agree with the opinion of the people who did. Filming the hair shaving, with loads of people at her house, all having a go…totally bizarre.

I haven't watched the documentary because I don't have the spoons to devote to being wound up by it 😂

But FFS that post from the BBC Press Office saying they're doing an entire group dance dedicated to welcoming her back. duck off!
I saw that about the group dance. That's a bit much, imo. (I'm just imagining the average workplace when someone returns from sick leave 😁)
