I wonder why she does all her daily updates which seem to be about motivating people to use the app (as well as being addicted to oversharing and to Instagram in general) on her main page rather than the app page which is totally dead?

The plan for her day was utterly ridiculous. Her day stops at 6? Fucks sake! She has no idea.
I love that because she has to film for her FREE VOLVO in the morning followed by two meetings she thinks it’s intense. Yesterday I had 10 virtual meetings back to back. Managed to go and grab a crumpet for lunch. On top of that had to do all the housework, cooking and walk the dog.
I don’t complain to anyone because I know I am lucky to have a job, house, dog, and that day doesn’t even compare to someone working on the NHS or in the service industry currently. She has nooo clue!

She needs to be fully aware of all accutane side effects especially looking at her current hair situ (hairline a bit patchy and pulled back in ponies), I’ve just finished my course and lost a tit ton of hair.. luckily I had loads to begin with but it’s frightening. The derm never told me this but after joining a fb group of accutane users the vast majority have lost hair (I’m talking handfuls) I hope she goes into this journey with eyes wide open.

I feel a bit embarrassed for her, sharing her schedule for the day.

And I don't know why she chooses to get up so early. She has 45 minutes from getting up to leaving to the gym?? And 1 hour allocated to breakfast?

Does anyone have a screenshot of her day? I missed it!

The life of an influencer, they wouldn't cope in the real world! When I'm at work I'm so busy I can't drink during the day because I don't have time to use the toilet. A lunch break - what's one of those?! I'm not being woe is me but sometimes that's the reality of a real job!

Exactly! I also get up before 6am to work out. But that's because I have two children to get up and ready and out the door for school, a dog to walk and a job to get to by 9.30am. And then at night after a full day there is homework to be done, dinner to be made, loads of washing and even worse putting it all away (bleeping hate putting away washing!). I'm not complaining either. I am so grateful for what I have and wouldn't have it any other way but I can't believe that some of these bellends put breakfast and lunch on their to do list. Seriously! And give themselves an entire hour for it 😭😭

I sometimes have to put a meeting in my calendar to get a half hour lunch break which is basically me making something to eat and eating it whilst I catch up on emails. I even have to put in my diary when I have plans after work because some colleagues have no boundaries and will schedule a 6/7pm call. This isn’t me having a moan- because it’s my routine and i deal with it and I know people have it much worse. But I cant help but feel like she’s taking the piss making out her day is busy. Busy for the influencer life maybe. Would love to know how other PTs feel about that being a busy day.

Why is she dealing with the “worst period pains” again? Although to be honest if they go with over priced Feminax they aren’t that bad. Try having adenomyosis pains or endo as I know a fair fee of us on here deal with!! Has she thought of being properly checked out? Her skin, her reportedly terrible pains, her moods…I’m no expert but there’s links to be made here. It isn’t normal to be in severe pain every month Alice. Get yourself seen by someone who understands what might be going on. Easier to whine though. 😬

More crappy fitness posting from Alice. As someone with a long day job sat at a desk, 16,000 steps is just totally unattainable. Some days I’m lucky if I get more than 2,000. Thanks for making me feel crappy alice!

What a patronising post!!! She has no idea of a lot of peoples’ difficulty with “just getting 10k steps a day in”. Get up, dash around sorting kids, house, other care responsibilities - drive to work, sit at desk, if lucky walk to toilet or for a sandwich at some stage, sit at desk, drive home. In the dark. Collapse in heap after sorting more crap out at home and really not feeling the urge to go for an hour long walk in the dark after all of that! I’m not making excuses either - I’m soooo lucky my life now means I can be very active most days, a conscious life choice and living location means that’s part of my existence but it hasn’t always been so despite me trying to be healthy and active and well. She is so out of touch with the world it’s terrifying. She lives in a bubble of ample money, ample time, no stress job, no crappy boss, plenty of free time. 🤷‍♀️

This has bugged me too. I’ve been following ESG fitness for a while and she always talks about the point of diminishing returns in that the more steps/ exercise you do, doesn’t automatically mean you’re getting more health benefits. I get Alice’s sentiment but don’t think it’s explained very well.

Don’t feel crappy! Hopefully the advice below will make you feel better. It does me as there’s no way I get 10000 steps a day in.
