Exactly this. She rattles on, puts it in her book, dishes out some Alice used seconds to a refuge once in a blue moon and gets a photo opportunity out of it yet realistically makes zero difference or impact. I’m much more impressed by Ruth she of the ITV weather forecasting who’s honesty, dignity and bravery in prosecuting her ex husband and now in building a new life, has without doubt supported those in unimaginable situations to find the help to get safe. I hope you are supported and safe now. I only had a brief involvement with a controller and emotional abuser and even 20 years on that short time makes me realise how lucky I was to have ability and means to move on. Alice is a narcissist. Tone deaf. Anyone who even put their name to that Volvo abomination should be ashamed.

I feel like her Godmother is single handedly propping up her career. She’s been on there a few times now and her followers and engagement never goes up

I’m still unclear on why she’s been more or less awol for a week. Surely not just in preparation for this This Morning appearance? I (randomly) have a few friends and acquaintances who’ve been featured in segments before and none have ever disappeared into some kind of pre-filming self imposed retreat in the run up.

Assume this is also how Alice got featured on this domestic violence documentary in the first place. There must be dozens of other campaigners and experts in the space that have dedicated their lives to educating and advocating for change who could have been featured…

She looks so different here - I’ve not been on her SM or this thread for a while, but whatever she’s had done to her face makes it look chubby?! Surely not what she was going for given we all know she’s obsessed with her appearance and looking slim.
 
So much for raving about whatever skincare brand du jour she’s being paid to flog. Looks like several hundred quids of tweakments for one night out with that clinic who should be ashamed of filling a young face with so much! They all do it tho. Food medic doesn’t even look like she used to now and she was also so pretty.
 
I’m amazed someone gave her antibiotics on the basis of having a sore throat that started yesterday, having had bacterial tonsillitis myself twice in the last 12 months.

Tonsillitis is normally self limiting & the NHS says to wait a week before you see your GP unless you’re also feverish. You really don’t want to take antibiotics unless you have to.
 
Also no follow up or signposting of resources after sharing about domestic violence. Statistics dictate there will be women experiencing DV in her audience but no, no we’re straight back to the Alice me me me rollercoaster.

This stinks of a visit to an insta doctor on King’s Road.

I recently went to my GP with a nasty ear infection. They prescribed antibiotics for a maximum of three days. I returned the following week as the infection had not cleared up, and they said they would not prescribe back-to-back antibiotics. I understand there are exceptions to every rule but the amount of antibiotics she has in that pic seems excessive.
