Is it just me or does Alice's face look really puffy in her food freedom videos. I've been trying to work out why she looks odd in them to me, and I think that is it!?

It’s a direct copy of Em’s videos. The waving spoon the orgasmic face. Hilarious. Also - the portions these women make are ridiculous. Em is the same. Enormous bowls of stuff. You just know they don’t eat half of it. Apart from Tally Rye who chucks in an intuitive croissant as well.

Yes to this! I have noticed quite a few people have been doing it more and more lately (Hari Beavis is another)
As lovely as she seems, and as good as her food often looks, it irks me a lot.
Maybe it’s because I do not class myself as a ‘foodie’ or have a bland pallet, but I can honestly say I cannot remember the last time I ate something and it caused me to react as if I’d just spaffed in my pants.

Everything to Alice (and lots of other influencers to be fair) is transactional and all about validation from people that they don't know and who don't matter. She is constantly on this rollercoaster of highs and lows because the things she wears, the places she goes, the constant tweakments are all for external validation to fill a black hole that will be there until she does so genuine work on how to be happy and content.

It’s sad that Alice is so sad. What’s next on the fix it list? A baby? She needs a new therapist for sure. An extravagant wedding, extravagant fun filled hen weekend, freebies galore (Wimbledon, France, Skiing to name a few), products galore, no boss nagging her, book published, grifting onto the telly box, no serious health issues, family alive and well, yet she still feels shite. The influencer era really does its participants no favours. She needs to get a job and put her phone away.

Why can't see the correlation between her online bragging and shift away from what people actually liked her for (fitness and realistic food) and the fact that it hasn't been a great year work wise. Also why the duck is she posting this? For sympathy?! When all she does is brag and boast about every aspect of her life. Expensive holidays, clothes, a massive wedding, the release of a book, going to the olympics, so so so much privilege and yet still not happy and her year hasn't been 'shiny and brilliant'.
When will people learn that not every thought needs to be shared? That this doesn't come off well at all.

Baffles me that she has all these people around her and no one is pointing out the bloody obvious! She's lost herself.

Totally agree with this, I don’t get how she’s surprised. She has no clear direction or USP and clearly just loves getting free stuff and getting dolled up. She flits from paid ad to paid ad. How can anyone wonder why they aren’t likeable in this day and age when everyone’s struggling and Alice is just showing off every 5 mins. Definitely shows her immature mindset too that she can say even after getting married this year she had a hard year. Getting married or having a big flashy wedding doesn’t automatically equal happiness!

dunno what the heck is going on but her face looks so different atm. Maybe she is due a botox top up?
