what will happen to the custody info being unsealed to the extent it was? (Loved our little anon shout out btw!🤣) I can’t believe the lawyer did that. I still dont understand why Alice is willing to unseal all of this - except a pay check from the daily mail. Which I still don’t believe to be that much. Unsealing personal documents pertaining to the mental health of her daughters?!

one thing really saddens me though and it was the part that he has voluntarily given up custody and put the girls in therapy to understand why. At the end of it all, he’s done the hardest thing and had to move on and for a man who loves his daughters so (as all the battles in court prove how much he wanted to be with them, even for a few hours a week) this must have been heartbreaking. And still he wants their personal information sealed (rightly so) and there’s been therapy to understand decision. He’s still looking out for those little girls and it’s heartbreaking.

She is out to destroy them. She knows how much it hurts Ioan when his daughters are hurting. It is not enough for her to ruin the relationship between the father and his daughters but she also needs to destroy them completely. Like Medea from Greek mythology punishing Iason. She is a coward, so she does not behave the way many male abusers have behaved (who have killed their kids to punish and hurt their mother and then ended their own life -- hundreds and hundreds of cases throughout the world) but what she does is the same. From her IG posts to decisions re their schooling and other things, denying them therapy, manipulating them, setting them up as targets to dangerous people over and over again (in the SM like Loopy and some others and irl by publishing their photos, exact routes and schedules, whereabouts), and so on. She is surely and slowly deliberately destroying them.
Ioan perhaps thought that when he lets the girls go, she would go easier on them, do less damage to them. She will not...

The girls should run away to save themselves. But with the gaslighting, manipulation, coercion, endless lies, love bombing that is going on, they do not see that she is the biggest danger to them.

Also this threat to void the stipulation, and then? why would Ioan care? by their own logic the stipulation proves Alice didnt abused Ioan or the kids (lmao) so it only works against her.

I hate the fact that so many threads on Tattle highlight the immense damage being done to kids.
 
I literally took a few hours away (to work on buying a house) and I come back to a new thread. I'm also close to popping the VIP cherry and knew it'd happen with a court document.

Now I have to catch up before real commentary but so far it's more stupid alice delay shenanigans but Yo not taking any tit at all.

Bravo to the brave souls documenting everything,I enervetically salute you.

I wonder if Boshoff is going to stay away from articles given Alice has brought some unwanted scrutiny her way. Also, for real journalists, they don’t pay for stories so they aren’t usually compelled to reveal their sources. If they pay for stories, that’s different right? Like that opens them up to the irs, financial scrutiny in divorces, estates, etc?

I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall at her deposition she will be squirming sooo bad.

I think if she does end up going she will take the kids with her to try and ensure Ioan's lawyers go easy on her or at the very least Ella.

How is so brazen on her Instagram when it's clear from the court docs she is an unemployed, abusive liar? She is the worst person I have ever seen on social media and I am not easily shocked but WOW she is a truly horrible person.

The kids can't be present in the room during the deposition. Just Alice and her legal team.

I also just checked with SCE and not only is the amount still outstanding, there’s a new ‘extended heatwave’ notice that was never there before, which I mentioned last thread was coming. It would seem to support my theory (and the article that I posted) that they won’t disconnect in extreme weather, which this would be considered.
