•The thread began innocuously enough before Mad Betty noticed how far back some of Alice’s likes and comments go on some accounts particularly One Moms Battle

•I then, unsolicited, did a deep dive into her followers and some her activity on their accounts. Ugh

•She’s glommed onto a few courts/judges/GALS are antimom/corrupt/proabuser accounts, thinking she had found a community

•They by and large paid no attention to her. Maybe they took a quick glance at her page, or maybe they googled her. Maybe her BS got lost in a sea of comments of people with their own problems that they weren’t the sole cause of.

•Bianca broke her insta silence for her birthday with a cute photo dump on her grid

•There were also some stories from Bianca, a seal making it shore, some birthday reposts and shot of some flowers that appear to be from ‘production’ but we don’t know which one (maybe both) is filming

•Alice can’t believe that Bianca has stolen her August birthday month too

•Alice made a reappearance on her own insta with a really depressing and mean video re a small dog (dog is ok) claiming it makes her laugh and cheers her up

•Alice then posted a collection of cartoon photos with a back to school theme

•The next morning Alice posted a very revealing back to school post including too much information about where one of the girls attends

•A bombshell filing by Alice requesting an emergency order was not what we expected. Alice is to be deposed on Thursday, her chance to finally reveal her truth of what went on, where she’s totally not gagged.

•The emergency order is basically asking to delay the deposition until a protective order is heard that might prevent the scope of what Alice can be deposed on

We keep waiting on Malicious bollox to get fecked but so far I see no evidence of this no matter what she does or doesn't . So frustrating 👀

I hear you. And this is a song many people (especially women) who are technically (but not actually) protected by DVROs have sung for many years. It's terrible and sad that the police don't have the resources to follow up on DVRO breaches. They have limited personnel and time, and here in California there are places where crime is out of control, so DVRO breaches don't get the follow-up they should. Alice gets away with it because she violates the DVRO in small but insidious ways that she can frame as "wasting police time" if action is taken. If she went full crazytown trying to physically harm them, there might be some criminal consequences. I'm hopeful that one day, she will reap what she has sown, but until then, all her violations are simply going to ensure that the DVRO is extended for a lifetime (it's cold comfort, but that will be on her record for life and it must be disclosed in certain situations).

Malice is about to have her arse handed to her 🤣. The dry ice fish so pleased they picked this up!

Malice saying it will take her ages to collate all the required info, but some of it like REAL FINANCIALS she's known about for 2 YEARS!

She's had a month maybe more to collate all this info, she doesn't work, so easily has the time to do it, but instead she argues on the Internet!

I bet she's never used the gym at Soho House, I'd like to know when she last checked into the gym! I have friends that have worked at them over here, one was a gym instructor oddly enough! And friends that have membership, and 99% use it for socialising! Thing is the walrus doesn't even socialise!

Pleading poverty, yet joins a private member club at approx 3k p/year...do duck off Malice!
 
I have a pretty big decision or two to make at the mo, and went to see a lawyer today. First time I've needed to in over 30 years. I'm exhausted just from the prep, gathering docs and evidence, planning which questions to ask to get max VFM, making notes, and then the debrief in my own head after - still ongoing to take all the info in.

I cannot imagine how much energy/thought she even expends on advising her many, many (most now on the beach) lawyers.

Reader: she fkn doesn't.
 
Still insane to me that this POS said that Ioan received the benefits of the stipulation by not having to see his children (as if a stipulation is needed for this). you say this about someone that asked for joint custody and put himself in grave danger to get it work while you represent someone that wanted sole custody.

Also this threat to void the stipulation, and then? why would Ioan care? by their own logic the stipulation proves Alice didnt abused Ioan or the kids (lmao) so it only works against her.
