Basically, Judge Josh reviewed the filings in his chambers (there was no public hearing or argument), and ruled that the proper document to stay the deposition wasn't filed even though Janina said it was but the clerk was reviewing it. So, he denied Alice's request (but also protected himself by saying that if the proper filing has indeed been made, this order doesn't apply and the proper filing may stop the deposition automatically ("by operation of law")).

He also seems to agree with Langlois at the end that the issues about which Janina is twisting herself into a pretzel trying to fit into "child custody" have more general relevance, and it's likely that Langlois will be able to ask about them during the deposition.

so if the filing has been indeed made (or perhaps she files it even again today or tomorrow) could they still delay the deposition or is this gone now?
 
Wait, so that Rolex laden RFO tomfoolery hasn't even made it to the judge yet? Did it get stuck in the courthouse equivalent of the spam folder?

I like it was when lawyers duck up their bad clients. I like to think angels get their wings. 👼🏻

The last few posts have made me snort out loud whilst trying to not wake Mr Flamingo. Excellent work everyone. I’m caught up although it’s hitting midnight and time for bed.

the deposition request and the documentation required for it was BRUTAL (Alice caps) and made me howl. She won’t supply any of it, of course.

what will happen to the custody info being unsealed to the extent it was? (Loved our little anon shout out btw!🤣) I can’t believe the lawyer did that. I still dont understand why Alice is willing to unseal all of this - except a pay check from the daily mail. Which I still don’t believe to be that much. Unsealing personal documents pertaining to the mental health of her daughters?!

one thing really saddens me though and it was the part that he has voluntarily given up custody and put the girls in therapy to understand why. At the end of it all, he’s done the hardest thing and had to move on and for a man who loves his daughters so (as all the battles in court prove how much he wanted to be with them, even for a few hours a week) this must have been heartbreaking. And still he wants their personal information sealed (rightly so) and there’s been therapy to understand decision. He’s still looking out for those little girls and it’s heartbreaking.

Yeh I worry for the kids but duck her it's about time she was made to face the consequences of her actions! She doesn't worry about the effect it has on her girls that's for sure.

She will have made Ioan and Bianca's lives hell this last few years, she needs to own her tit.

I have not one scrap of sympathy.

No, this is a new RFO that Janina claims to have filed on August 8 but that the clerk is "still reviewing."

Possibly, if the correct filing was made. I think, reading between the lines of what Langlois filed, that Janina didn't include the actual request to stay the deposition in her August 8 filing and it wouldn't work. She could always file the correct thing tomorrow, though.

•I then, unsolicited, did a deep dive into her followers and some her activity on their accounts. Ugh

•Alice can’t believe that Bianca has stolen her August birthday month too

•Alice made a reappearance on her own insta with a really depressing and mean video re a small dog (dog is ok) claiming it makes her laugh and cheers her up

•Alice then posted a collection of cartoon photos with a back to school theme

•The next morning Alice posted a very revealing back to school post including too much information about where one of the girls attends

•A bombshell filing by Alice requesting an emergency order was not what we expected. Alice is to be deposed on Thursday, her chance to finally reveal her truth of what went on, where she’s totally not gagged.

•The emergency order is basically asking to delay the deposition until a protective order is heard that might prevent the scope of what Alice can be deposed on

Genuinely, to our imaginary lawyer - what the heck is the point of a DVRO if the victim has no respite from abuse? I’m so sad to see he’s been applying to the police with no recourse. What’s the point? She hasn’t stuck to it now, she won’t stick to it even if it becomes permanent. I don’t see the point if there’s no action.
