It's not perjury because you cant prove that she just didnt made a genuine error (some people here thought the Rolex was Biancas too). It is however poor conduct to claim things without backing it up if you had the opportunity to check if your claims are true (by asking the other side for receipts etc), especially if they have zero relevance to the court proceedings. This is more of a issue for her lawyer though.
Perjury is more stuff like "Ioan has never provided anything since the seperation except of 5 payments" or "I earn only $ 20 despite doing cons for $60 per autograph" - these are pretty clear because even her own past filings contradict them, so one of her filings either way has perjury in them. But obviously Ioan's side would need to actively go against this, since Alice's competent lawyer opened the pandoras box of sanctions for "misconduct" (still laughing so hard) perhaps they should do this now.
