She can't do it in person, the abuse in comments on her instagram won't be giving her that much of a high, and now he's cut off the financial abuse element. The kids are all she has left to hurt him with.
I see a bit of Ella in his sister & Dad. It must kill A that his family are all so attractive (& normal) & she must hate when people point out similarities between them & the girls. I don’t think the girls look like her one tiny bit
Malice attracts a lot of flying monkeys. Gloria may be just another one. Whether she was a love bombed victim, paid off or whatever, I don't think she really loves those girls. If she did and saw what was happening she wouldn't have sided with Alice. I think she did what was easiest and most convenient for her. I know the reality is relationship with narcs aren't as black and white as that, but she had opportunities to help Ioan and the girls and she didn't. Whatever the reason she isn't an ally to those girls.
THIS! We KNOW Alice is a liar and you can't believe anything she says. She lies in her SM, sometimes from one sentence to the next! Some people say that her lies usually have a kernel of truth to them, but my narc ex would lift whole stories that happened to someone else and claim them as his own. There may be a kernel of truth in her lies - but it could be a truth that belongs to someone else entirely!

Gloria’s finances were directly paid by Ioan, I’m sure she will have to be careful what she says she was paid with receipts and tax returns.

I admire so much about her. Yo, too, in his own way. Good people are gorgeous, Yo and Bee just happen to also be physically gifted in that regard.
This. The overriding factor would be the decision of a 14-15 year old to not want a relationship with her father or to be in therapy. The fact that this is a bad decision isn’t going to negate the fact that there is no practical resolution to that situation. At least not one which wouldn’t result in a worse risk to her wellbeing. The only circumstances that would override her choice to life with one parent would be serious high level safeguarding. That doesn’t apply here. At 14-15 you get increasing autonomy over your life. That includes surrendering that autonomy to a narc mother.
There's an assumption that if you're a fan you're biased. I'm not a fan of Ioan, but I do think he is a nice, decent man trying his best in a horrendous situation. I don't know about his personality, his likes and dislikes, but he seems to have the morals and ethics I admire. Some people think he's weak but Imo he has a very strong character to have put up with Alice for so long and to keep fighting for his girls the way he is, without putting it out there in the public trying to get support or trash Alice. She just has a big, evergivetic peonality that's too big for one person.At the dentist the other day while waiting on daughter to get her braces fitted and this gave me a really bad case of the giggles … cue curious glance from the orthodontist.
