How he dresses annoys me so much. Been in a hoodie when you're at home or having a casual day is fine. But going out places, or work events, talks or just going "out out" - can he just make an effort.

Even the few times he does dress up, he never arranges anything in good time, always last minute. Not doing his future self a favour and being organised there. And he can't dress up well anyway, never pairs clothes, shoes, accessories well into one outfit. Or to suit the occasion. That time he went to the polo, his outfit didn't work and was totally ill suited to the event.

They are both in desperate need of a stylist to make them dress their ages and dress appropriately for the situations they find themselves in. Because occasionally they aren't slobbing about at home, but are dressed as if they are.
 
His workout video with zoella got 130k views, nothing impressive.

He'll just drift off into doing mcdonalds and spotify ads on instagram as even a simple vlog is too much work.

I find it very interesting he's not putting up his vlogs for Vlogmas regularly after his subscribers dipped below 4 million. It's like he's lost all motivation and he's being salty.

I mean what did he expect honestly. If you steal ideas half-ass your content AND also have a terrible personality, not even your girlfriend who is also losing subscribers, can save your dying channel.

todays is ‘late’ apparently because he’s been having a sooooooper interesting sit down chat with the most interesting person evvvveeeer.

So he’s focusing on this crappy interviews like his flat earth ones now it seems. At least til they flop like his last shanedawson2.0 series did (haunted house thing) and he tries to interview Jake paul or something hahaha

I hate to image shame but if I’d just paid loads to get my teeth sorted and I was still that gummy id be wanting a refund

There’s a reason why generally videos about flat earth and conspiracy theories are filmed with more mature vocabulary and approach, even if they are not credible, an adult who can grasp them has the critical thinking ability (most of the time) to filter out crap. 12 year olds don’t and they don’t need to be spoon fed any of these. By making them so accessible he does a massive disservice to English speaking community.
 
He’s actually taking the piss out of his viewers. He’s had no content for about 3 days now. Tonight’s was thrown together at 9.35 pm last night.

He can’t speak with those teeth they are way too big for his gummy mouth

This strange article praises him for giving back by showing two years of doing a backflip and shopping at waitrose

We cannot paint them all with the same brush. The channels that are there for genuine entertainment and education I believe do give back to their audiences. Alfie Deyes for example, may not be everyone’s cup of tea but he vlogged daily for two straight years. He opened up and let followers see into his life — not exactly an easy decision. That’s giving back. Even when he is heavily criticised Alfie responds immediately and tries to make amends. He is PG entertainment that gives his all because he cares about his community of viewers.

The clip of his new podcast he makes out his lack of research is simply his interview technique because he wants to come and find out from him first hand.

Did the same with the flat earther. He’s such a prick.

What a charmer. I can totally see why Zoe is so smitten with Alfie. :cautious:

I get Zoe isn't the easiest person to shop for since she'll buy whatever she wants right away but you've been with her for 5+ years now? Alfie, it's not that hard to guess what Zoe wants. She's only been dropping hints for YEARS. A ring and a baby!!!

The greatest interviewers in the world, no matter the subject do research beforehand. It’s not an intelligent or cool way of leading an interview to not do any research, it’s lazy and leaves you open to being told something and just accepting that one point of view because that’s all you know and don’t see varying perspectives.

Even somebody like Graham Norton does research (well, the researchers behind the scenes probably do) before his guests come on his show to talk about films etc.

It’s just more and more of Alfie’s laziness. And I’m pretty sure that I’m not interested in watching this new video.

Because something he describes as “super interesting”, “licherally the most interesting topic I’ve ever filmed” (although drying paint is more interesting than most of his content) doesn’t inspire me to watch. I don’t know what the guy is about.

The man who should be dead tag, well that’s just click bait. And Alfie needs to find another word apart from interesting to describe things.

I'm sure he only did the flat earth video to copy Logan Paul.

I miss the glory days of 2016 when Alf would would so hard to bring out a chocolate advent calendar, filled with the same tit chocolate as the 99p ones but that costs 12.99+p and p
