Can't even do something for 90 days.... I bet at the end of the challenge he'll just be fatter and weaker 😄

His charity kayak trip is coming up in like 3 weeks, right (unless he cancels!)? His IG stories from the gym always seem to be weights but maybe some cardio would be smart....
 
I'm still laughing at him for back in Jan/Feb time saying it was too cold to workout in his garage gym but his goal for year was to get ripped by summer.

Years of working out and still doesn't know you need consistency and to actually push yourself to get results. Too used to just shitting out easy vlogs and considers that working hard.

Many, many, many years ago, I think they actually lived together for a while in London, before Alfie got scared of the big city and went back home to Brighton and the protection of his mummy being five minutes away.

They were obviously both part of the BritCrew and Gleam so put on friendly fronts for business, but I don’t think they actually hung out together in ages, I think last year maybe there was one little visit from Alfie to Caspar’s apartment. But they are probably more acquaintances these days than friends.

None of the ‘brit crew’ are actually friends other than Caspar and Joe,Zoe and Tanya I think.They all just hung out together since they were all team gleam but I doubt these days they’d be getting an inviting to one another’s weddings etc 😂
 
So "The Secrets Out" new episode is out

Ethan aka Bazinga revealed his secret ---- that he went through a dark period of drinking and smoking and basically not happy with himself

Alfie just staring at him -- because his middle class prick self thinks not selling all his merch is a bad day

Alfie also "claimed" Ethan and Josh (Zerka) are friends of his. Funny he didn't know this. Josh did. Because they are actually friends.

Then they spoke about having 1 assistant for the 7 Sidemen. Alfie team is how big? And he can't get 1 video out? Lol

Alfie couldn't think of a secret, so asked Zoe. Lol. His secret so dumb "anytime I can't go to the toilet because of live tv, play etc I feel I'm gonna wet my pants"

And Zerka/Josh said "you're like a kid..... and Zoe needs to ask you to go before you leave to pee" lol

Wasn’t this meant to be his most realist, deepest secret out ever. I’ve not even watched but Jesus Christ. Can someone delete this kids internet
