That'll explain why my mum loves them then. I love almonds but hate marzipan. Apparently that's weird but whatever.

Got a couple of the Aldi premixed cocktails cans, a la Moth, so will report back to the class. Went with the margarita version because I never learn about tequila 🫠

The infusionist margarita "style" is a no from me. Agave spirit isn't the same flavour profile as tequila, even if similar, so if you're after a budget Moth can, this ain't it.

I eat almonds but also hate marzipan. I don't think much to the Aldi cocktail cans, took some back to a friends flat and had to add a little vodka to them so they didn't taste just like the mixer.

The frozen mojito was lovely, possibly a summer item though, they were selling them off at 70p in our aldi, worth a look for mojito fans.

Yes, during my extensive research over the last two summers of canned cocktails, I agree. M&S cocktail cans are usually 8%. The other supermarkets tend to be between 3.5% and 6% and sometimes need sparkled up with a shot.
 
The Aldi infusion ones are the stronger ones, as you'd expect for over £2 a go, but if I have to get ice and a shaker out to make it worthwhile, I might as well do it myself and not buy cans.

Perhaps the other choices are better? But I don't like espresso martinis and they were only ones I could find in this branch of Aldi.

Yeh but I have an Aldi 5 minutes away and not an M&S so would be handy if I want to pick up a drink for the train or something 😅

There's margaritas and passion fruit martinis too in mine. I'll try them anyway and see what they're like

I didn’t notice it was a dupe either, but bought it to try for Christmas and it was nice, never had the Kylie one though
 
It might not be the biggest annoyance I will get today but just opened a pack of Aldi softest toilet rolls. They are now 12 double sized rolls instead of 24 so the pack is not so bulky but the damn things will not fit in any of my toilet roll stands and they fall off the radiator when I try to balance them on there so now stuck with the rolls on the floor. Getting on my nerves already. 😊
