Trump is many things (all bad) but one thing he isn't is an anti-vaxer. He's a total germaphobe, he'd take every vaccine going twice if he could. He's not against MMR nor is he against the Polio vaccine (I mean, who would). I don't see how this appointment will work. Although frankly, I don't see how any of them will work in reality. I guess we'll find out! I presume they will transfer Federal Powers to State Level and let them decide.

I already foresee this Trump term being four years of constant court battles. Great time to be a lawyer!

I don't doubt that he will take all precautions for himself but will he care about the general public?

Yeah the anti-vaxxers conveniently ignored that Trump’s stance on vaccines doesn’t fit together with their other delusions about him.

The best part of me tells me the chaos will cripple the system. The worst part of me tells me we're heading for WW3. Given that craven self-aborbed narcissists are in charge I don't think they would want the world to end because they want to exploit it to their own sick ends. We'll be okay. There's really nothing to worry about (as my reinforced bunker takes shape 50ft down in my back garden) 😬

I don’t think we’re headed for nuclear war. But I do think America is going to lose its credibility on the world stage once and for all after this tit show. The beginning of this was George W Bush and the illegal war which, of course which our own PM shamefully supported. Imagine thinking that was as bad as things could get???

It’s pretty scary to think of Putin getting Ukraine and then being emboldened to go after the Baltic states or even Sweden.
 
BRICS is going to be the global superpower. There’s going to be a depression in US and Europe. We won’t see global power again in our lifetimes.

The rot has set in from years of government borrowing and quantitative easing and there’s been no industry investment to save it in time.

It’s not a doomsday scenario, but Westerners have become so used to decadence becoming a second world nation going to be a jolt.

China has slowly and quietly been taking over the world, mainly through their 'belt and road' agenda in Africa. I think they already own most of the worlds supply of rare earth elements that are needed to drive the next generation of AI and smart phones etc. China has also been quietly and slowly building-up massive defensive positions in the South China Sea.

It's interesting to me as to when China will flex its muscle. I think it will happen within the next 20 years. Perhaps under Trump it will happen sooner. The dollar is currently the worlds currency, when that ends we'll see a shift in global politics. A shift east (at least to us in the UK).

Russia, Iran, and China despise the United States partly because of history. Those three nations have a very rich history that has contributed much to the modern world. They look upon the US with disgust. To take a quote from the film 'The Long Good Friday', Bob Hoskins character said: "What did America ever give the world? A bleeping hotdog?". :ROFLMAO:

I think Britain should hold its nose and try to improve relations with China and Iran (not so much Russia right now). I think those two countries are vital to global peace and security, both economic and energy wise. We should slowly bin the US. That's just my view. Oh and there's also Saudi Arabia and MBS. I've not got a solid opinion on that bleep right now. Other than he's a bleep.

One saving grace is the US’s attitude towards entrepreneurship, especially in tech. Silicon Valley couldn’t have happened in Europe which put most of its eggs in the finance/service industry basket.

As the pieces shift I think Europe will crumble. The US will probably hunker down and ride it out but lose precious ground to BRICS nations and never reach the power it once had. European nations that tack themselves to the US will probably fare better than those that don’t.

The greastest thing the US has going for it is immigration. I don't see how deporting people and closing the borders will help them. To me that's bleeping madness. It wouldn't surpise me either if there's a massive brain drain during the Trump adminstration also.

I think Steve Bannon has got his grubby little incel hands all over this. His agenda is chaos and to break the system. Personally I think Bannon and a lot of the men in Trumps 'circle of truth' suffer Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN). It's tragic for them but it's bleeping dangerous for those of us who are emotionally fulfilled and just want a peaceful existence.

You do realise there is a thing called legal immigration? How has Biden flooding the country this past four years helped anyone? It’s even pissed off democrats and a lot of people who have done it the right way.

A judge has blocked it for review as it’s been claimed the auction wasn’t conducted fairly (implying it was fixed for The Onion to win the bid). The judge has said he’s “not comfortable” with it and wants it looking into properly.

Many like to wail about xenophobia or whatever, but ignore the elephant in the room that high immigration is a Ponzi scheme. It masks a weak underlying economy by allowing piss poor governments to quote top line figures because more people = notional growth.

It didn't help that the Republican's blocked the border bill either did it if legal immingration is what you're so concerned about. Trump will do two things: JACK and tit, just like the wall that was never built during his first term, instead that funding went straight into Bannon's pocket. Can't wait to see the useless ballbag back in jail for that fraud. :ROFLMAO:

You’ll see what he’ll do about immagration, but they did well to block that bill! Please! After letting what eight million in they want to pretend they care about stopping it because they knew it would effect them in this election. Too little and too late!
