He was. He made sure to tell the camera he was only going to be gone a few days, and he made sure to tell the camera he wasn't trying to avoid being shown with Zoe, it was just the angle. If you have to say those things that means you know most people are thinking them...and that deep down they have good reason to think them.

Yeah this is why I don't get people saying oh they've been together almost 7 years so obviously they're not going to be as affectionate,hold hands,kiss etc but I know people who've been together for 70 years and still do all those things.

Doubting her "achievements" is the most sensible thing she's said in a long time. She's just put her name to ghostwritten books and products that are lame copies.

With all she could have done in the world with her platform I'd feel a bit tit if that's all that was achieved as the fame was rapidly drying up.

On the one hand I could say she's probably done things I'll never be able to do, but when I was watching her 'Palentine's' video and she was letting us see the 10 year achievement wall that her people spontaneously made for her, all I could think was how sad the whole thing seemed. She was talking about magazine covers and being on Celebrity Bakeoff, and other highlights, but her voice was tinged with regret, and with the awareness that those days are never coming back. I actually paused the video for a few seconds because the whole moment was so forced and depressing. A little bit too 'real.'

I think for her own sake she should move away from being in front of the camera, which she clearly doesn't even want to do now anyway, but she's trapped in a web of her own making.

Does anyone remember the valentine's Day video q and a from a few years ago? She puts Alfie on the spot about asking him when he thought he loved her. Gives an awkward I'm not sure, she looks pissed and jump cut to the next question. The writing has been on the wall for years.

The 7 year itch is totally a thing.That combined with her turning 30 next year is giving her a lot too think about.

Omg that video... I totally had forgotten about this. And she still decided that she was going to stay with him. If my boyfriend said "I don't know why I love you... I'm just used to having you around..." Well we definitely wouldn't be together two years later. He has not grown up at all since that video. That is quite an achievement that in those two years not one thing has changed about him and he is still just as immature. I don't know if therapy can even help these two (and I'm not talking the Skype kind of therapy).

Like everyone else on here or anyone who has followed Zalfie for some time can tell these two are over each other and hanging on by threads. I also wish she would drop this whole engaged/married before 30 goal that she has. Having the ring doesn't fix all the problems they have in the relationship. Having the ring doesn't define you as a person. Yes, it acknowledges your relationship in the legal sense but all the things she finds annoying about Alfie or the fact he's so uninterested in her doesn't change because he proposes. She needs to leave that couch more often and go outside. Life isn't like the kiddie movies she watches non-stop.
 
My thoughts on this vlog:

If my SO waited until I said I was ready to leave to change clothes, I would explode. Apparently this is something he does often...and Zoe hasn’t completely snapped and left him? [emoji849]

Alfie doesn’t enunciate properly and it drives me nuts when he says words like “but” or “properly.” It’s because he can’t fit his lips over his horse teeth.

The strictly show was, “Like, so sick.”

Thank God Zoe took the time during her off month (January) to book off WEEKS throughout the year. It must be so hard to work 3 weeks in a row. Most people work a full year before they’re given ONE week off, but I’m sure their jobs are much easier than hers [emoji849] you deserve all that off time, Boss witch Zoella!

Joe and Dianne hopped on that damn slack line and were instantly better than Alfie [emoji23]

Zalfie are so focused on Dianne the whole time that it’s uncomfortable. She’s like the center of their universe. Pierce your ears, Dianne. Jump off the wall, Dianne. Get your fortune read, Dianne. Come by our useless office and have a guest photo taken to prove you were here and MAKE US RELEVANT AGAIN, DIANNE.

I think Zoltar spoke some truth to old Nostalgella. Return to what is right and stop scamming kids!

Brunch and arcade games at the pier. It’s always either mini golf or the arcade. Booorrrring.

Oh, and going out for a roast? Thrilling.

I think, in any romantic relationship, that if you’re with someone who isn’t enthusiastic about being with you and doesn’t look forward to spending time with you then you should break up. That’s the impression I get from Alfie and Zoe’s relationship. Obviously I don’t know all the details but it’s what it seems like. It must be absolutely soul destroying to be with someone and just know deep down that they’re not “crazy” about you or even, in Alfie’s case, that interested in you.
As this is Zoe I won’t say that she deserves better because of all the horrible things she’s done in pursuit of money and greed (Alfie is the same), but for goodness sake break up with him! Find someone who is more compatible with you, wants the same things as you(other than money!), and actually wants to be with you! Stop delaying the inevitable
 
That vlog was sad - shoving the camera In Dianne’s face, so obnoxious. At 41:17 in Zoe’s vlog Dianne is drinking her drink and looks so annoyed with Zoe!
Zoe is having a crisis because hanging out with Joe and Dianne she realizes that she isn’t the center of attention anymore. That’s one reason she’s having a breakdown. Dianne is very chatty and Zoe can’t keep up, and is not even slightly interesting in that dynamic.
Also found it funny how Joe hardly put any clips of Alfie and Zoe in his vlog ?
The whole dynamic is so weird and off putting.

Probably one of the worst #ad #gifted freebies he's every received. Didn't think it was possible for him to get uglier but that dentist proved me wrong. :unsure:

For Zoe, this would be in reverse. Work 3-4 weeks and take the rest of the year off. It's probably why she's having a fit across her sm platforms. She's bored and still not engaged.
 
Joe & Dianne putting Zalfie's noses out of joint is so funny. I bet Joe is aware of it too which makes it even funnier. And lazy Zoe needs another week off? From what? All they seem to do at that office is eat foul looking doughnuts and have made-up celebrations every other day. Maybe she needs to start getting ready for Christmas.

Anyone else think Alfie has the hots for Dianne, he genuinely seemed like he wanted to get in there.

He filmed her far more than Zoe, he was helping her with her bags to the car, winning her that Teddy and then made the point of reminding her about before they left. Also how he carried Dianne off the wall on his shoulders and let Zoe jump even though it was clear she wanted someone to lift her down.

Its actually interesting to Alfie around a woman who's not his sister and not Zoe. If Zoe notices I doubt there will be another Joanne visit for some time.

I was going to say I don't get why they've got such a big house for the 2 of them. I mean even if they wanted their own offices and a guest bed in the house they wouldn't need any bigger than a typical 4 bed, even a 3 bed would suffice them I think.

But then I thought maybe alfie wanted a big house for the status and prestige and zoe wanted one because of that but also because it could be a family home, a way to pressure alfie to get down on one knee and put a bun in the oven??
