I'm all for telling people early, but it's odd to tell your friend on their hen do or around their wedding (unless she'd told her ages before that). Especially when you don't need an excuse not to drink as she doesn't anyway

The impression Steph gives on her post is she told friends and family a long time before making it public and also Zanna is never around so if you’re waiting for the right time to tell her, there isn’t one. Plus the photo doesn’t mean she told her there and then.

Do people still celebrate their getting together anniversary when they’re married? Or are we going to be subjected to a triple anniversary extravaganza every year with this, their real wedding, and their fake wedding…? I think we all know the answer…

It’s clear she has been talking about her anniversary in a hope they will make a fuss of her. She’s married now. Her anniversary is her wedding date. The ACTUAL wedding ceremony not the ridiculously expensive party in spain

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with celebrating the day they got together. I’ve been with my partner over 10 years and I can’t imagine stopping celebrating our original anniversary after so long just because we got married? Both days would still be meaningful to us. But getting other people to celebrate it for you… very weird. She must have been pandering for them to do that. Totally not normal at all.
