Also, why is she hyping up Ant doing a half marathon so much? Well obviously I realise it's to flog the Runna app, but still? Over the top much? He always seems a much better runner than her anyway? And don't get me started on the post wedding blues bollox and training 'now they don't have a wedding to plan for'. Hun, you didn't plan your wedding because you had a planner do it all for you, remember?

"We needed a new goal after the wedding" God they will do anything to avoid just enjoying each other's company won't they.

Don't get me wrong I love running and me and my husband do train for races together, but we don't HAVE to have some goal to work towards in order to be together, my favourite times together are just chilling out together, going for a dog walk, watching trash TV together, just enjoying being around each other.

Oh dear god, what the hell? Has she seen whats going on in the world? She has spent the last month oversharing a very privileged wedding, holidays and sprouting ads everywhere and we are suppose to feel sorry for her because she’s not confident with social media. Maybe, that says more about you then.

If your mental health is struggling because of your relationship with social media do you think it is wise to go on social media to tell everyone? Maybe make an appointment with your therapist as I am pretty sure they will ask you why you feel the need to do that when you know the effect it will have.
