It bugs me when she says 'I done ' rather than I made. Shes lost the relatable down to earth charm she previously had. Interesting Danny buys himself Kefir,but the kids only get yellow sticker bits. This week the sweets and crisps definitely outnumbered any fruit bought. Danny clearly is as tight with shopping as Helen,until it comes to treating themselves

I think he's probably got Apple Pay set to a £100 limit, so if you go even a penny over - it will decline. I'm guessing that was the reason for the split purchase. 👍
 
They spent over a £100 so I don't think the issue was budget, it's just that you can't go over that on contactless payments so they had to split it
 
Meals of the week and Ella wanted Macdonalds for her birthday, only Danny Ollie and Ella had MD the others had a roast dinner,because she wanted to do a special dinner for her mum. Everyone else gets what they want for their birthdays, poor little Ella gets sidetracked because of nan. Butbof course greedy guts parents are out for her mates birthday. Sometimes i feel sorry for Ella

Came here to write the same thing 🙁 You’d just tell your mum sorry but it’s her birthday and she wants a McDonald’s. Surely her mum would have been fine with it

Exactly,strange how nan doesn't get to dictate anyone elses birthday dinner. Wouldn't be surprised if tight arse Helen didn't want to buy MD for everyone because it might mean less for her and the controller to spend on their night out

"My Mum won't eat that". Says that every time she comes over - has to make a completely different dinner to what the rest of them are having most of the time. Her Mum should just go along with whatever they are having, unless there's dietary issues. Is there anyone who DOESN'T control Helen?

Hilarious that Helen makes a big point of not making a different dinner for the kids but will for her Mum and sometimes Danny!
