And "made into a pasta bake" means Bex added more cheese to her cheese pasta then put it in the oven. This is the women who puts her Christmas dinner in pastry and dips it in cheese, is anyone really taking nutrition advice at this point 😂

😂😂😂😂😂
It’s beyond a joke now I seriously think she is trolling us.
Literally tells her followers how bad raisins are and then 2 stories later she is eating a block of cheese for a meal!

My kids favourite meal is tuna mayo jacket potato and raisins for a snack. I must be a terrible parent 😂
It's ok, just next time they ask for a tuna mayo jacket instead just mix tuna with butter, cheese and a pinch of paprika and instead of a potato put it in pastry and roll it into a pin wheel, sprinkle more cheese and bake, serve with mum guilt cucumber on the side and voila, make yourself a smug insta boomerang and watch as your kids wolf it down without stopping to chew 😂 (you can have that one for free Bex 😂).

I give mine sweets ! And raisins but then main meals are home made with minimal cheese/ pastry processed ingredients plus we are always walking (not at NT!!) Swimming, scooting biking and at the park...I try not to actually restrict any foods to be honest, I like a sweet treat so why shouldn't my children. But it is mad how she serves what she does then goes on about raisins ! I wonder what the nursery serve

My two eat far more sweet things than I'd like to admit, however they also eat their bodyweight in veg and fruit and are incredibly active. She can piss off with her patronising "ok once in a while" line whilst ever she fills Nini with pastry and cheese. And calling her Nini fucks me off too 🤣

Can we also talk about how she called it a ‘token apple?’
It might just be for the ‘gram to make her seem more relatable, and perhaps she may not use those exact words to Nina but you sure as heck know what she’s communicating to her. If you pack food with the attitude that certain foods are token / just to appease your guilt, you are telling your child that they are dull, unenjoyable etc.
Compared to the excitement of pastries and treats what child would want an apple if it’s presented as boring and tokenistic. Literally every PROPER feeding page says to take the emotion out of foods and not present some as boring and others as a treat etc. Feedling Littles, Big Little Feelings etc all recommend simply presenting all food without emotion, whether it’s peas or ice cream.

Her relationship with food is horrific and Nina’s will be even worse because of the emotion and guilt heaped onto every mouthful.

Yes!!! My daughter has a bit of everything in moderation, and we eat home cooked meals everynight!! I would be more worried about all the eating out they do rather than a few raisins 🙄

So El Niño can’t have Mayo or raisins but cheese & pastry on the daily is OK

agree with the above comments on the heffalumps approach to fruit & veg, “token apple/mum guilt cucumber/broccoli” it totally illustrates her negative view on them, as if they are just there as a garnish or to just tick a box. She has such a bad relationship with food and it’s being projected through to Nino

also did anyone catch on her previous stories how she ‘barely goes for walks on her own #selfcare’
Quite evident that exercise for herself isn’t a word in her dictionary and that her smothering on insta is exactly the same in her real life- barely does anything without Nina.
She has such an awful approach on life. I hope she is encouraged to seek therapy for her issues soon

Barely goes for a walk on her own BUT definitely goes to Costa / a cafe (no soggy napkins please) / gets her nails done etc etc. She probably gets more time to herself than the average mum but doesn’t mention it because ‘we’re all in this together hub / you got this mama blah blah.’

It's just blatantly obvious that she has no knowledge in nutrition and how foods are processed by the body! 🤦🏼‍♀️

100% this! It’s what happens when people with absolutely no qualifications or training in nutrition are allowed to preach and pretend on instagram.

It’s the people sucking up every word despite what they can quite clearly see I despair of.
