What were your favourite movies as a child?

Coraline, I wasn't as spooked by it as most other people seemed to be. I also loved the 1970 (I think) version of Alice in wonderland, the other versions just weren't as good. big fan of the old cinderella and Snow White too. also, I was still a child when frozen came out and my my my I LOVED that film.

All the Disney films and A Little Princess.

Also, did anyone watch a film called Paulie? About a green parrot who got separated from his little girl owner? Cried my eyes out at it.

Any Disney, but especially Beauty and the Beast, Pocahontas and the Lion King
Jumanji
Anastasia
The Wizard of Oz
The Three Musketeers with Kiefer Sutherland and Charlie Sheen. D'artagnan 😍
Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
The Goonies
The Muppet Christmas Carol is still my favourite Christmas film ever and I watch it every year, along with The Snowman
The Witches never scared me, although the girl who moved around and aged in the painting creeped me out. I watched it again a few months ago after it was mentioned a lot in a thread on Twitter about what films terrified you as a child, and I was like no wonder they don't show this on tv in the early evening anymore 😮 also watched Return to Oz for the first time after that thread, that film is a horror film 😲

Does anyone remember the film.. Help! I’m a fish.

I remember going to see it with my dad and brother at the cinema but no one I know can remember it. I feel like I’m insane! It’s got the catchy song “I’m a little yellow fish in the deep blue sea...”

- would just like to add it wasn’t my favourite film as a child, I just need to find someone else who knows it! 😂
